The technician, Rudy, was courteous and efficient. He does not determine the cost of the job.The price for a 5 minute job to replace a valve bib on my patio was absolutely ridiculous.Since the bib broke off the pipe, one of the main water valves had to be shut off and 3 condo units were not receiving cold water. If not for that, Anderson Plumbing would have been told to take a hike.$455!

We had Bill Howe technicians to help us in assessing property we expect to buy. One tech did a survey to detect any leaks in water lines under the slab and two other techs came to examine drain lines and inspect by camera the line that would accomodate a camera. All three techs were highly professional, efficient, thorough and personable. I got exactly what I needed and what I expected, and I am a delighted customer.

Dissatisfied with service technicians job performance. Didn't finish job.
Cleanup was minimal. Did not reconnect appliance. Left cover off water meter on sidewalk. Didn't answer my concern about why water pressure dropped after work was done on pipes.

I cannot rave enough about the incredible service I received from this company and its individual employees. They came after hours and once we realized the wrong size tank was delivered Francisco came the next morning at 6:30 AM once the warehouse had opened to install immediately so my family could have hot water to begin the workday. They went above and beyond the best service possible and I have already referred them to several of my friends. My husband is a real estate agent and he has even added them to his “go to” directory for all home repairs. Look no further, everything you need is all with Emory plumbing.

Pablo came out today and fixed up a water valve behind the fridge. I live in a high-rise in down town and he was able to work with the on-site tech and finish the job in 30 minutes. He was well prepared for the job and we had no leaks during the process. He also tested it before you left to make sure there were no leaks. Thank you Fox!

Great quality service. We had a kitchen drain pipe leak that was an emergency. Ideal lives up to their name, the service and staff is ideal. Thank you for coming to our rescue. After our plumbing repair we needed our drywall and stucco repaired (from fixing the kitchen leaking pipe), and Ideal’s remodel technician Rene did an amazing job!

My water tank was leaking and had to call someone because I wasn't sure what was going on. Jonnie Brayall was the tech that came in and had my water tank replaced. He was very professional but he also made sure I am completely comfortable and aware of the job he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer so many of my questions.I'm definitely at ease and satisfied with his job and would definitely recommend him to anyone. 10/10, for sure

I have a very old Spanish house just outside San Diego. There were 3 old furnaces - one was on the roof and two in the cellar. Since, the weather in Southern California is mild, I did not replace the first furnace when it went out or the second and third furnaces. I knew replacing them would be expensive and I didn't trust other San Diego heating contractors who I had come after each furnace stopped working. They couldn't replace the furnace on the roof and they didn't know how they would get the furnaces into the basement. Finally, when we had a cold winter, I decided that I had to have the furnaces replaced. As luck would have it I was talking to my plumbing contractor who was doing work on my house, and I asked him for a recommendation. He said there only was one San Diego HVAC company he knew they would be able to do the work. He had worked with them on many new house construction jobs and that Paul from Tarpy Heating & Air was a genius -The work was done in November 2013 - high quality, finished on time, clean up excellent, all the employees who worked on it were wonderful and Ron was able to identify furnaces which would work for our home. As I said it was a challenge to take down the existing furnaces from the roof and basement and to replace them.I had a routine service done Nov. 2014. There was nothing that needed to be done. I can honestly say that Tarpy Heating & Air was outstanding in all aspects. I would recommend them whole heartedly.

As a homeowner, I needed help finding parts to a twelve-year-old leaking shower valve, and bathtub parts. Michael had them. And he had the expertise about them. (It's not as simple as installing a new washer on a garden hose.) He took the time to explain to me the tricks of the trade about changing out these plumbing parts. I felt that person to person help and not the bum's rush. I trust him and recommend him.

I CALLED TO INQUIRE FOR BUSINESS AND FRED WAS VERY MUCH UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BOTHER ASKING QUESTIONS, HIS ILL-TEMPERED BEHAVIOR WAS THE WORST. HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER CARE. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!EDIT:Frank called me to resolve the issue that occurred with Fred. With what seemed to be an in-genuine call at first just to get the review removed/fixed, I am fixing this review due to his best efforts. He did his best to defuse the situation and straighten things out. While this should not have occurred in the first place, I am willing to give this company a chance at business. This is my honest review. Thanks.4 stars for efforts.

They are professional experts at reasonable prices. In addition to installing a new a/c & heating unit. They also upgraded my old cast iron kitchen plumbing which was leaking under the house, which they had to cutout & repair the drywall. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. They cleaned up and even hauled away all the old plumbing. Your mind is put at ease when they explain the problem and how they are going to repair it. The courteousness of all the employees is very remarkable and reassuring. I am glad to be a customer now and in the future.
