There was a miscommunication with the scheduling of our tankless water heater when I called to confirm the appointment and realized there was no appointment on the books. The office staff was very helpful and they were able to send out the installer the same day (a day earlier than the original date). I am very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend Bill Howe Plumbing.

Anthony did an excellent job locating the slab leak quickly. He handled the entire situation efficiently. He discovered the best way to avoid damage and kept the whole area clean. Slab detection staff from EZ is exceptionally courteous and helpful; they even gave tips on how to spot initial signs of a slab leak and how to prevent such issues in future.

Great service. Selected Rooter Hero Plumbing based on availability and rating. Scheduling was easy and team tried hard to accommodate same day service. Technician showed up in time scheduled and discussed required work up front. Work was done in a clean and efficient way. Overall team didn't spent more then 1h on the premise. Morey Plumbing saved my day. I had an old shower valve that was beyond repair. Jeff Morey was on time, friendly, professional, and helpful. He even left my shower cleaner than when he got here. Though the total cost was more than I had hoped to spend, the price was fair and the shower is fixed...today! I'm very pleased with the result and happy to refer Morey Plumbing to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.

I was contacted by Ace Contractors for a plumbing job when I put our information in one of those sites. I spoke to Jonathan who called me right away and said that they could get someone over here tomorrow. That was great! The next day we were so happy with Juan! He was on time, knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job! We asked Juan, if Ace Contractors installed central air, as we were considering putting in a central air conditioning unit. Juan said they did. I phoned Jonathan back. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call from Freddie. Freddie was able to come over later that same afternoon to take a look at our job. My husband and Freddie spoke at length about the job and we decided to again go with Ace Contractors! The job was completed last week and it's terrific!! We know that we are now set for the summer! No more being concerned about what the temperatures are going to be! It was our experience with Ace Contractors from the first interaction to the last; they are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and on time. We are very happy with our decision!!! Anthony D. was the service technician that came to check on our furnace today. He was professional, friendly and prompt. The time window was from 10-12, and he arrived just after 10 and was finished by 11. He also called to give me a heads-up fifteen minutes before his arrival. He did not try to sell me parts or services we didn't need, and was great at explaining the HVAC system workings in simple language so I could understand. I would highly recommend Carini to those looking for a dependable, trustworthy company to service/install a heat or an a/c system. Thanks, Anthony!

Arturo & Jessie installed an existing toilet but had to repair the concrete slab, remove some of the marble flooring & set the toilet flange in cement with set screws. Then they secured the toilet to the flange & concrete floor creating a sturdy, wobble free toilet. They were quick, professional, knowledgeable & answered all my questions. I’ll definitely want these guys to return for any future plumbing projects.

Marc Peffer, the Plumer was wonderful. His skills and professional work flawless. I should say he is the most honest and hard working plumber I ever seen. Unfortunately most of them are not ethical and honest . I deal with 3 plumbing company through my Home warranty and they were incompetent and unethical with their false reporting blaming us for broken shower handle by force!! . We used our shower for eight years. Nothing last for ever. We have life time Warranty on our faucets. The manufacturer company agreed that it was a normal wear and tear and they honored the Warrenty and send the parts free of charge.Despite of explaining this to These contractors, G& G pluming company, fix it all pluming company, Emergency pluming Co,Even though the service was covered, they denied to fix the problem.Sadly First American Home Warrenty side with them. Since I had manufacturer life time warranty the labor for installation still covered by my home warranty, but none of these contractors honored it and still denied to install the handle even with work order was issued to them. Finally had to call on my own. The Express plumbing heating and air company had work done in my home in the past and I never had any problems. So called them, Marc came on time and fix my shower handle within 15 minutes the service that I have been waiting for it to be fixed for almost three months through my First American home warranty and sending all the above pluming companies!!!once again I appreciate what Marc Peffer did for us. And I recommend Express pluming, heating and air company to any one I know.
