We needed a plumber urgently for a relatively simple issue that was beyond our comfort level. It was a perfectly smooth process to contact the service and get a technician out same day on a Sunday. The technician was properly prepared with the right equipment to get the job done. Overall, very pleased with the ease of the process.

Anthony and his partner came out the same day and fixed a huge water leak that was super involved. The water department was out earlier that day, and another plumber, and neither one of them had a clue what was going on. Anthony found the problem straight away, fixed it that same day and just basically stopped a bad leak immediately that was snowballing into a nightmare of a situation. I would have had floor damage, cabinets.. bills upon bills. And stress. But all was avoided thanks to this amazing team of incredibly intelligent, caring and hard working plumbers. I wish I could give 10 stars.

We needed a new central air conditioning unit installed for our san diego home. We called ace contractors after a recommendation from on of our friends. We also called several other air conditioning companies in san diego to get estimates and price quotes. Out of the 4 that we contacted, ace contractors was the first to get back to us, and gave us the best price out of all the companies. The technicians that helped us install our new central air system were very polite, kind, and respectful. Our new central air conditioning unit works flawlessly now and we couldn't be happier. We definitely recommend Ace Contractors.

We had an unexpected water leak under our home. Call several plumbers, and none were available for at least a week. UGH! We called Bill Howe, and they sent a plumber (Caleb) within a few hours, we were repaired.?Caleb was courteous and professional and did a complete job. We were always hesitant to call a plumber due to cost and scheduling headaches. Bill Howe Plumbing and Cakeb made it easy and inexpensive. We will not give it a second thought to call Bill Howe Plumbing in the future. Thanks!

I contacted Dmitry at this company, he came recommended by my landlord. Both my kitchen sinks and the bathroom sink were clogged up. He showed up the next day with Fred, both of them showed up on time, communicated well and responded very fast to my call. They found out that there was a leak and additional issues with the kitchen sink drain. They fixed all the issues, stayed some time after to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore and gave me some recommendations as to maintenance in order to prevent the same thing in the future. I had a great experience with American Ace Plumbing and would definitely use them again. Thank you guys!

They don't answer the phone. Goes right to voicemail. When they do call, they are rude. Hung up on me when I said the date and time they gave me for service wasn't going to work for me.

A gentleman from Troy Plumbing was dispatched; came in a timely matter, assessed what was going on, and identified the problem. It was 9:30pm, he still showed up with a great attitude. He was going to make contact with his boss and go from there too bad he didn't have his business cards on him. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he sure came when when my buildings funrnace soaked out. Hopefully the problem is fixed before the noon tomorrow. ?(Equity Groups complex Serra Bella 2707 MVD ?)
