Best Clogged Sink in San Diego CA

My wife and I had a major clog somewhere in our kitchen line out to the main line causing our sink to back up horribly. We called multiple local plumbing services to try to get our issue resolved. Team Rooter responded promptly and sent Alex out to investigate the problem immediately! He worked tenaciously with an industrial grade snake with no positive results. He then gave us several different options on how we could proceed forward, providing thorough explanations of each path. We decided to proceed with hydro jetting, an efficient, less evasive process that made the most sense based on our specific needs. In less than an hour, Alex persevered and was able to unblock whatever was causing the problem. They followed up with an internal camera inspection of our line to ensure there was no additional areas of concern. A Supervisor named Kenny also followed up with us providing even further education on the blockage, their process, and reassurance that the job was done properly. Overall, an outstanding job from the two gentleman that came out (Alex and Kenny). Team Rooter went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations all while guaranteeing their work. I could not have asked for a better outcome and such a timely response to our urgent problem. I highly recommend this company to anyone that has needs that fall within their wheelhouse. I had a major problem with roots in my sewer line. I called Elite Rooter and Devin and Ramon came out right away to solve the problem! I was very impressed with how hard they both worked to get the issue fixed. Devin was very knowledgeable and Ramon was awesome not only with the clean-up but with his tenacity and quickness to fix this mess! Thanks guys!!!

I had an emergency plumbing issue at our rental home. I called at 8:00 am and they were very responsive and said they would be there around 4:00PM. At 3:00 pm their restoration called my renters to come out and assess the damage. We declined because restoration was not necessary because the leak was caught early. 10 minutes after we turned down the restoration we received a call and said their plumber couldn’t make it out today. We could pay and extra $79 on top of the $150 emergency fee since tomorrow is a holiday. This place is a scam. When they couldn’t get my money or my insurance companies money on the restoration then suddenly their plumbers couldn’t make it out.

Fuentes Plumbing was thorough and professional in doing a video inspection of my sewer system prior to selling my house. Their prices are reasonable and they were always available to answer questions. The office staff is very responsive and easy to get a hold of. I'd gladly hire them again!

I had a major kitchen sink clog (beyond the trap and further down the line) and requested quotes and from a number of 5-star reviewed plumbers in the area. Exodus was quick to respond and scheduled an appointment in order to provide a quote. Mauricio arrived at the scheduled time, provided the most reasonable quote and cleared the not-so-easy clog in due time. I also asked him to look at another plumbing issue, which he assessed and suggested it wasn't an immediate concern, which saved me a couple of hundred dollars. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism and will be using Exodus for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

Danial was fantastic, did an inspection to check why I’ve been smelling mildew smell from my pumps. He did a thorough check, cleaned hair out of my pipes and even scoped out the vents from the roof with a camera. All for the cost of the diagnostic. He didn’t find anything to fix beyond that (thank goodness), but I feel like it was well worth the value of the diagnostic visit…which was the most competitive rate I got for a plumber visit. Will be using this company again.

Phenomenal work. I had multiple projects that needed to be done: replace bathtub drain, valve replacements, new water heater, and a few other things. After some negotiation over the estimate price, we reached an agreement. The work took, maybe, half a had to complete all of the projects. The tech that was sent to do the work were great with my kids, and took the time to answer the questions of my youngest. Again, just a phenomenal job.

My boiler stated to leak water from the bottom. It was at approximately 12:30 pm. I called true Value plumbing and they came to inspect my boiler at approximately 2:00 pm on the same day. They inspected the boiler and replaced it. I had NO PROBLEMS. They made it easy. They explained to me step by step what they were going to do. I highly recommend them.
