Roto-Rooter sent Doug to the rescue and it was by far the best house-call I’ve had in many tears. My rambunctious kids broke a toilet and Doug diagnosed removed and replaced it with a new one in record time. He has professional and courteous. He told great stories, and worked fast. He cleaned as he went and taught me more about toilets and plumbing than I ever had a right to know. If I ever have a plumbing issue Doug is my guy! Best service ever and pretty reasonable.

The main water pipeline in my house had broken and water had filled inside my house. We needed an immediate response and fix. Many plumbers in Orange County refused to help at such short notice then my brother contacted EZ Plumbing USA. He had taken their service before so he knew they could help us and he was right. After getting our request, the team immediately arrived and repaired the water pipeline. I’m really grateful to them for saving us during the emergency!!!!!!

We had a nightmare situation with the plumbing at our place. Fox came out the same day and got started on it. It took a long time to get done, but to no fault of their own, it was just that bad. Each and every time they had to be here they operated with so much professionalism it was unreal. We were well informed every step of the way. Anthony, Juan, Issac, Jacob are top notch in my eyes. I first used this company to find a water leak and the technician Sal was very thorough and professional. On a different occasion, I called him again and he replied promptly letting me know he could come by the next day. I reached out on that day in the afternoon and got no reply or explanation for not showing up. Was disappointed since I had great service the first time. A call or message would have been appreciated.

I had a leaking drain pipe and my home warranty insurance connected me with this company. It took a while to get everything approved by the insurance and make sure they will cover it. During that time I briefly interacted with Robert and Andrea who helped me to coordinate everything and send all info to the insurance. Charles was the plumber who came first to assess the problem (and did it correctly), and then later to fix the source of the leak. Charles was polite, prompt, and professional. He also helped to fix another small leak under the sink that was not a part of the original service call and said that he did not want to leave me with another problem. Overall very positive experience with Charles and 1st Response.

Their electrician came to find our water leak problem from our upstairs bathroom he opened up our family room ceiling to find an elbow with a pinhole leaking, not good. He was quick and efficient stopped the leak and replaced the pipe. Not what you want to deal with but our damage was kept at a minimum. Thank you so much!

Before we began the work of preservation and restoration, we wanted to be sure that our piping was secure, supported, and sealed.In less that 24 hours a professional came to inspect our situation and it was at NO CHARGE! Unheard of! But he came, friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and so much more.
