I can't say enough about the quality of service but more importantly, the people at bill Howe. I called on Sunday afternoon because my water heater pilot went off. Instead of charging me $253/hr the nice woman that answered suggested a phone call. <2min later I received a call from Brandon who very patiently walked me through how to re-light my pilot light. Here's the kicker. He was ON ANOTHER JOB SIMULTANEOUSLY doing the exact same thing and was able to support me. Incredible.This experience validates a full pipe lining they performed last year, which was very costly but there team made the experience well worth it and I'm so relieved to never have to search for another plumbing company ever again in San Diego!Two thumbs way up!!!

It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. I cannot thank him enough and will be saving All Star’s number for all my future plumbing and restoration needs. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family. Water heater at my home was giving extremely hot water. My wife called EZ Plumbing USA based in Orange County as she saw their positive reviews online. Their plumber arrived and inspected the water heater thoroughly. He told me that the thermostat temperature setting must be too high and the heater requires some replacements. He removed the access panel, insulation and plastic safety guard and adjusted the temperature settings. He replaced the plastic safety guard, access panel, & insulation. My heater is functioning properly now.

The guys who called first showed up on time and solved my problem. This job needed a pro for sure, and I was very happy to pay to remove this enormous gob of roots. The pipes were fine, so they just added a root killer at the base of the toilet. If I have any plumbing issues in the future I will definitely use By The Book Plumbing.

We've used Ideal for a few plumbing jobs in the past and we have been very happy with the quality of work and our interactions with everyone at the company. So when my mom's AC went out we decided to call them. They went out of their way to fit us in. I don't trust other companies with my mom, I'm always worried they will take advantage of her and try and up-sell, or over charge. I don't have that concern with Ideal. They fixed her AC and treated her with respect. thanks!

I first used this company to find a water leak and the technician Sal was very thorough and professional. On a different occasion, I called him again and he replied promptly letting me know he could come by the next day. I reached out on that day in the afternoon and got no reply or explanation for not showing up. Was disappointed since I had great service the first time. A call or message would have been appreciated.
