Talk about turning negative to positive. Althought there were some scheduling issues and a minor billing adjustment to be made, the overall experience has me feeling happy. I was contacted by the owner Janet couple of times and they made it work. Both plumbers and parts guy were extremely professional, and I would recommend them again.

My whole experience was very professional, and easily the best experience I have had with HVAC service. They were on time, explained all my options, were willing to discuss and educate me on the potential results of different options, and very clear about the costs. I will definitely use them for all my future HVAC needs.

Very professional technician. Top notch job. We had an intermittent leak from the washer drain. Mr. Wilmore did a great job replacing the connection and cleaning up the job site. Highly recommend Bill Howe.

Anthony and his partner came out the same day and fixed a huge water leak that was super involved. The water department was out earlier that day, and another plumber, and neither one of them had a clue what was going on. Anthony found the problem straight away, fixed it that same day and just basically stopped a bad leak immediately that was snowballing into a nightmare of a situation. I would have had floor damage, cabinets.. bills upon bills. And stress. But all was avoided thanks to this amazing team of incredibly intelligent, caring and hard working plumbers. I wish I could give 10 stars.

I had a water leak inside and behind living room wall where the fireplace and mirror is.A plumber/owner came to look at it briefly and told me they won’t know where the leak coming from and they want me to spend $700 to hire a leak detecting company to find that out before they even start working on it.When I talked to Devin miller the plumber, he told me he may be able to do a diagnosis when he come and possibly find the leak without hiring leak detecting company.He spent a lot of time in the diagnosis, sure enough with his experience, he decided to access from the water heater closet which is outside avoiding cutting into my living room wall. Sure enough the pipe leak is right there and he fixed it in no time.Devein worked overtime until the leak is repaired and until the water heater is reconnected and outside of the closet to allow drying team access.Gilbert came the next day to make the extension longer to facilitate the drying process.Devin also has recommended a very good company for the drying process which I’m very happy with.I am so fortunate to have hired Devin.I can tell he had the expertise, the experience, and most importantly the heart to help me in my best interest.I am will definitely hire him again for any plumbing needs and I highly recommend him and his team to anyone.

I have received above high expectations of air services performed by Phil at Ideal plumbing heating electric and air. As well as to the whole crew at Ideal, who have a genuine authentic family business , to which had made me feel a part of. The air quality of my condominium unit has been unbearable, due to tobacco smoke from downstairs neighbor and I need to use my air conditioner for the heating summer months. I was in a sort of pit to thinking that my moving back after 4 year's of being gone were going to be stressful and unlivable to , because of the smoking nuisance from the neighbors. I was desperate for any solution. I had walked into and very welcoming Ideal off Waring Rd. to talk about my issues, I talked with Dan of my situation and I felt a huge weight lifting off my shoulder because of the possible solutions I was given. I had told about an air scrubber that white glove guy's reccomend with a cost , I passed information to Ideal team and they looked into the research and found a better quality based on reviews of a life saving air scrubber that I have to say was the best investment I could have done. My quality of air improved dramatically upon the first use. The price difference was that Ideal did save me $ compared to the white glove guy's . With Ideals honest business management and standards, I look forward to continue this family business relationship to further assist with all my in home needs to plumbing, electric, and air.

I scheduled for a quote, the person who showed up was very professional and honest, I knew my situation could have been a bigger issue/require a lot more work than expected and he was honest. Definitely a reputable business, many others try and take your money first just to tell you it won’t work. I definitely recommend, and I’ll be reaching out for future projects.

This company upgraded the a/c unit in our house. Staff is knowledgeable, always professional, and fairly priced. They can also set twice yearly reminders to to keep your heat and a/c on schedule for maintenance which makes life easier for our family.

BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!EDIT:Frank called me to resolve the issue that occurred with Fred. With what seemed to be an in-genuine call at first just to get the review removed/fixed, I am fixing this review due to his best efforts. He did his best to defuse the situation and straighten things out. While this should not have occurred in the first place, I am willing to give this company a chance at business. Had an issue with air conditioning; these gents were quick to diagnose an issue, and gave me options for repairs and cleaning. Great crew for the time, and budget I had.

I hate writing reviews but when you leave a resident with a backed up sink since Wednesday, this is required. 1st, they are were contacted via American Home Shield and assigned the claim; they then contacted the Tenant the next business day and said their first available appointment was Saturday 7/28 (two days later). Then they no call no show that appointment. Then of course when you call, no one picks up, just voicemail...left a voicemail. Earliest next appointment is Wednesday...so 7 days with clogged kitchen sink with backed - up water.Appreciate the response. Things happen...i am sure this is not what all jobs look like. Best in the future.
