Benjamin was wonderful. He was polite snd professional. He wore protective gear and covered his shoes before coming indoors. He examined all my issues and told me what it would take to fix them. He traced down a leak we had in an outside faucet and gave me options on how I wanted to proceed to stop the leak. After stopping the leak he cleaned everything up. He was here most of the day and charged a fair price for the time spent. I highly recommend him.

Very smart, we had a very tricky issue and they were able to brainstorm and find a way to replace a gas pipe in the wall without any destruction. Very friendly staff and had answers for all my questions!

Justin came out ahead of schedule. He corrected the leaking pipe and went a step further to help identify another slow leak at the house! Caliente is always fast , professional and competitive with their customers!

We had a bad leak on the side of our house during the freeze in San Antonio and after waiting for four days for another plumber and being stood up and calling several other plumbers that couldn't get to us for at least 5 more days Chavarria's had a plumber at our house in 2 hours and our water running in 3 at a fair price. I highly recommend this company it's hard to find a good honest plumber especially in a time like this.

Greg was our technician a few days ago and educated me on how to maintain the required maintenance for my 10 year old unit. He showed me step by step what needs to be done so I will always request Greg for future visits. One less worry for me now that I have the Platinum Membership. I had will fix it come out to do a tuneup on my home AC and theTech told me I needed Freon and I had a leak in the system. I got a second opinion and it needed no Freon and no leak and was running perfect . I asked to speak to manager and asked for refund and no response back from him at all.

just got a washer/dryer installed and was told my bibbs were leaking and needed replacing. got on the google and did a search for closest plumber. showed up same day a few hours later and was excellent service. super nice guys; very professional, quick, courteous and knowledgeable. i have no idea what a normal or good rate is for plumbers, so can't really speak to that, but i'm super happy with everything. will definitely go back to them if i need a plumber.

Franc was friendly, professional and listened to my concerns. He evaluated my water softener, flushed out my water heater tank and informed me of a number of options without pressing or overselling. I liked him very much.
