Chris, is on time. Courteous. Professional. And most of all attentive and informative. Makes you feel comfortable from the get go. Doesn’t make you feel like he’s unsure of what he does. He’s been in the business for almost 20 years and it shows. Professional to the max. I could not have been more pleased with his customer service and his work ethic.

Excellent customer service. Quickly came out, identified the issue with our backed up toilet, and had it working again in no time flat! Also had solutions for the stagnant water smell that sometimes comes from our drains. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Leo took great care to make sure our home stayed clean and tidy as well. Will definitely recommend and plan to use again if any further issues in the future!

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst plumbing experience ever. Charged $369 to run a snake down the drain out and nothing was fixed. Still clogged and now poorer for the experience. Another plumber did the same work less than one year ago and was able to fix the problem. One year warranty is a joke! Do NOT use this company. Over-priced and bad work.

Ryan A. did a fantastic job on installing a new shower valve/trim from start to finish! Super patient and explained everything along the way and answered all questions/concerns we had. Definitely recommend using Caliente if you have any plumbing needs!Update: Just had Garrett out today to fix a leaking pipe in our kitchen and had yet another great experience! Kristian and Daniel did a great job and solve the problem that no one could solve in the last five years. Highly recommend these individuals as well as Aramendia.

The technician that came out (Brian I think) was amazing, fast, accurate, best job of servicing the units. I want him each time.

Ralph was super helpful today, helped with an issue that had been ongoing, was incredibly knowledgeable, showed me the exact problem, and fixed it in the same day

We bought our house 3 days ago and are about to leave for vacation when we had a large ceiling leak from the from a/c. I called and had a tech, Lucas out within an hour. Lucas was awesome from the time he showed up until he left, found and solved the problem in record time. Recommend us the next steps to get things fixed and was very nice the whole time.

If I could give zero stars I would, called scheduled services the girl on the phone set me up and confirmed 2 times, I take off the rest of the day of work expecting them to commit to their appointment which THEY confirmed both via text AND email. I get a call right before they are to come out to say they are sorry they have no one to come out and the scheduling didn’t know that!!! Like how? I got two confirmations. Ridiculous now we have no water and a baby at the house. VERY BAD SERVICE THEY CANT COMMUNICATE BETWEEN SCHEDULING AND PLUMBERS. Do NOT USE!!!

Needed breaker panel update to provide space for solar install. George provided estament on Wed, work completed Friday morning. The two two electrians worked well together an completed work correctly and safely. Will call Evenflow for future work.

We learned today that Shafer Services in San Antonio, Texas has been scamming us on our A/C system for 5 years. Claiming to need to replace parts under warranty so they could charge us expensive labor. We caught them in a lie when our A/C certified contractor took a look and saw the leak in the coil they were claiming to need to fix at a cost of $1200 was perfectly fine. By the way the same coil was replaced one year earlier. They claim it's bad from the manufacturer. There was no leak at all. Then they went to the trouble to try to cover it up. We recorded everything and have proof of the fraud. However, sadly we also learned that most A/C companies do the same. They will confidently tell you to get a second opinion because they are all in on it. my contractor fixed what they broke in trying to cover their tracks for $125My advice if you've also been having lots of trouble with your A/C according to Shafer or any of these scam companies, is to ask for proof of what is broken and then when they try to show that proof, hire a contractor who is A/C certified to verify it. Our contractor told us exactly what they would do, word for word and that is exactly what they tried to pull on us. Do not trust them. We originally trusted them and gave them five stars all over the internet. We fell for this little scam where they pretend to save you from everyone else and then they just start scamming you with their regular maintenance and fixes when issues come up. And I promise, there will be issues.
