The company I feel is solid. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off as far as pricing goes. They were super helpful when they came out to replace my water heater same day, so I called them again when I had a pipe leak in my yard. For this issue unfortunately the guys had to come out twice because the problem was in two places. Brandon & Gilbert came out both times & took care of us. I'm super grateful for this because I didn't have explain any issues & Brandon made sure to take care of said issues. If we continue to receive this level of service we will continue to use this company for sure.

These guys were amazing. They took what started off as a disaster. (Backed up sewer main with root invasion and collapsed pipe) and had everything fixed, repaired and working perfectly with in a few hours. The main plumber Jaime was very professional and kind. He assured me he would not leave until everything was fixed regardless of how long it took.They have a huge crew of professionals.Call Wills All Pro first I promise you will thank me later. They were very fair and less expensive than other companies quotes.

Jose arrived early and went right to work installing our new water heater, explaining everything he did, and answering all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

Quick response on a very hot day -- Daniel Escarcega was very professional and thorough -- he inspected our AC system and quickly was able to identify and resolve the issue. In addition, he was very observant of all the city and county recommendations re: COVID19.

Although it was not something we were expecting considering it is a brand new home he treated the issue with so much care and consideration. Schmidt Mechanical serviced my air conditioner. It was blowing hot air. I called them today, and a service person came within an hour, which was much faster than I expected. He diagnosed the problem, fixed some wiring and replaced a blown capacitor, and got the AC blowing cool air again. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and wore a mask and shoe covers over his boots. I am a repeat customer of Schmidt, because they are honest and have always provided excellent customer service and skilled workmanship. I have an older AC, and their service plans for maintenance are great. As a platinum plan member, my service call fee of $59 was waived, and I simply paid for the repairs today.

Lonnie is excellent!!. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He clearly explained what he was going to do, went in the attic checked out both systems thoroughly, cleaned one coil at my request, and took pictures before and after. Shared his findings. He explained to me important info I need to know and then some. I really felt like I received excellent value for my money and will request him only when I need more things done, highly recommend!!

They came out this morning to replace an AC cut off box and install a surge protector they were very knowledgeable on time very courteous and did a very good job very happy with their service will use them again
