Sam was very thorough and professional and made me feel very confident in the repairs being done. I will definitely use them again.

The plumber Ryan was available earlier than originally scheduled and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He communicated his findings to me and he was patient as I thought through the options for service/repair. I called my husband on the phone and Ryan was willing to explain everything to him for a second time. After two weeks of not getting hot water in my house because of a previous plumber we got Chavarria’s plumbing to come out. Nathan was very professional and nice throughout the hot water heater replacement. They treat your home with respect and will not leave until the job is done. Aramendia installed my a/c a couple of years ago. Since that time, they call regularlt to set up maintenance appointments. I am satisfied with the unit and their overall customer service. I must mention the very professional service offered by Marco, the service technician. He was courteous, professional and did an excellent job servicing the a/c unit. He explained what he did and answered any questions I had. Kudos to a great service tech!

We are in the process of adding on 1700 sf to our 6000 sf veterinary clinic and retained Comfort-Air Engineering to design our rather unique HVAC requirements as well as electric and plumbing. I met with the principal engineer and he was quite responsive to our unusual air conditioning needs and completed the adjustments needed in a timely manner. We have a very busy practice with a very compartmentalized building and many closed doors,very heavy hair and lint load, and large numbers of people in fairly small spaces with heavy heat load from time to time in certain areas. I feel like he addressed our unique needs in a very professional manner. I would recommend them highly.

Today we had a problem with our new unit. Mathew came out to help us. The problem was our own fault. He explained patiently where we had gone wrong updated the system and got it back up and running for us. he was professional and nice. I appreciated his patience and experience. Thanks so much! Troy came by today to check on what happened to be a simple fix for my heater not working. He’s a great guy and I was very impressed with his suggestions to make my AC/Heater more efficient. I definitely plan on using them in the future for any upgrades/maintenance requests. Radiant was great with their communication with me throughout the process—they’ll be my go-to company for any issues from here on out!

Been having electrical issues in the kitchen so we need professional help. Called “Will” Fix it and got an appointment the very next morning. Deasey was on time and very professional. Explained his troubleshooting steps and possible fixes got the electricity issue. He pin pointed the problem and Deasey got to work. With an hour the problem was fixed and I was able to make my coffee. Definitely will used this company again.

They did an excellent job. Scheduled promptly, arrived as scheduled and performed the work as expected. ONLY a problem then came up. The installed fan was faulty. They willingly removed and repacked the faulty fan for us to return. Once the replacement arrived, they scheduled the re install and promptly and very professionally finished the job. Their pricing was very reasonable and I will use them for future work.

just got a washer/dryer installed and was told my bibbs were leaking and needed replacing. got on the google and did a search for closest plumber. showed up same day a few hours later and was excellent service. super nice guys; very professional, quick, courteous and knowledgeable. i have no idea what a normal or good rate is for plumbers, so can't really speak to that, but i'm super happy with everything. will definitely go back to them if i need a plumber.
