Great customer service over the phone, in person Austin was amazing! He came over to my house since I had Book and appointment, he went above and beyond! He did a full inspection and he was explaining everything in a very simple way to understand the reason why he does what he does! I would for ever use this company for anything at my house and will recommend them ?

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Manny G and Robert R did an amazing job replacing our hvac system. They both went above and beyond. They were so polite and very respectful. They left their work area cleaner than they found it. (Thanks to us having 4 cats and a dog, lots of fur. ?) Robert even took the time to say hello to our senior dog. Both were knowledgeable and explained what to expect after they were done. They answered any question we had. They stayed longer than we expected, which was much appreciated. They were supposed to start this evening and finish in the morning, but stayed to complete the job. My family and I are so grateful for that. My daughter came out of her room and told us that she could actually feel the cool air now! I told my husband that that was the true test as to how good our new system was. We now having a working system that has already made our home feel more comfortable. Thank you for the great job and I would highly recommend everyone use this wonderful company. 100% A+!!!!

Called and got an appointment the same day. Greg was excellent. Spent time looking at the problem and explained what needed to be done. Faucet needed a new seal kit. Greg was thorough and thoughtful. Would highly recommend Legend Plumbing and We will definitely be using them for all our needs.

This review is about the customer service only. I cannot attest to their work.Called company on Friday morning to see if they can assist me with plumbing needs. Representative said they had everyone out on a call and asked if this was an emergency. I said no, he can schedule me in as I wasnt expected to be immediately taken care of at the last minute. Rep told me to texted him my info and he would contact me back after conferring with his schedule. Told him that would be fine. So I texted him my name and address. Friday went by without contact. I waited until now Monday evening around 8pm without a call. Apparently this business is so busy to bother with new customers or to even provide a courtesy call regarding the delay. I wouldn't do business with this company now even if they called. This was a complete waste of my time. I was looking for a reputable company and boy was I no where near getting close. I wouldn't trust anything these guys say now. I knew I should have just called a well-known company with whom actually wants my business.

This company over charges for the services they provide not only that they are very dysfunctional when it comes to work being done. The entire company has a horrible lack of communication and blames the other person for the failures and shortcomings of not meeting the deadlines they say will be able to meet. I would not recommend them for any jobs whether it was a small or large construction plumbing joband I wouldn't let them do work at my home out of fear that most of the plumbers they send aren't plumbers they are helpers that are semi knowledgeable in the industry. This allows for to much room for errors without the proper supervision of a plumber who is licensed. Save your time and money and go with a more reperative company who is not based out of Austin/Taylor area and is committed to our community better.

The toilet backed up and we couldn't plunge it down. I called AK Plumbing and had someone out in no time. Cost is reasonable and the arrived on time. We are very satisfied.

If I could give Old South Texas Plumbing ten stars I would. I went through MANY “master plumbers” in an effort to fix the yard leak I had outside in my front yard. Many plumbers including SAWS came to my home to check the leak. The most they found was the leak did not belong to me. Nothing else, no one wanted to investigate. Maybe 1/5 plumbers told me they would charge 1000 to fix, without any idea how or telling me exactly what was wrong. For two weeks I had this huge puddle growing. I was out of hope , then I was given Michaels number. I was skeptical to call at first because I was afraid to hear the same thing … “ it’s not your leak “.. without anyone finding a solution for me. God must have sent Michael and O.S.T to me because as soon as he heard my situation, he assured me he would find a solution for me, AND HE DID! From the moment he arrived, he assessed the problem. It wasn’t easy but he got it fixed !!! Thank you! Forever grateful, thank you for making me feel comfortable. A lot of plumbers take advantage of women and people who know nothing about plumbing.
