I’m so beyond disappointed. I liked Matthew, the plumber, but unfortunately after 3 days of service (had to call each day to fix the issue), the issue was never fixed. Called Sat and Sun. No response. Decided after 4 days of no hot water that I’d get my own help, which fixed the issue. Paid $3000 for new, defective water heater; new water pressure valve ($1200 charged), and then they tried to charge me $900 for 3 cartridges for 3 faucets. Found out later how much cheaper these parts are, so I was taken advantage of.

Absolutely amazing service. I’m a first time user and already signed up for their membership. My AC stopped working one morning, and I called at 11am as a new customer. I spoke to Violet on the phone, she was nothing but professional and kind. Violet scheduled me for same day service and had a tech out to my home by 3pm (only 4 hours!). Jaime was my tech that showed up and he, too, was nothing but professional. He diagnosed my problem in about .5 seconds and did the repairs in 10 minutes. He offered me some advice about my particular AC compressor as well as some ways to boost performance and reliability. You always hear the ads on the radio and see the trucks driving around, but assume it’s just marketing. It’s not, folks. Go with Goettl.

Barraza Plumbing did a great job fixing my shower. They promptly took my call, were able to schedule an appointment the next day, and explained each step. Honest and dependable.

Eric was informative and very courteous. He wore gloves and a mask and made me feel safe. Mg puppy absolutely adored him.

AC unit stopped working. Called Air Today and Isidoro arrived within 3 hours. Checked out our unit and it was up and running quickly. We had been told by another company the unit needed replaced. We are happy we called Air Today and we also asked to join their maintenance service membership. Plan to use them from now on. Great company, nice people and not out to push products on you.

The guys are awesome, #1 they answered the phone!!!, #2 They arrived when they said they would and called several times on the way to my house. They were fast and had the most current and not so current technical knowledge ( my house is a little older). They explained everything and the pricing was upfront no surprises. The were very polite even though I was going through a a breakdown, and my house was in chaos!! It did not phase them, They were the best in my time of need and I have used them twice in the last month!!

Jon Schlegel and team were very informative and professional when discussing the plumbing portion of installing a permanent generator. They answered all my questions. They performed their part of the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.

Joe was very informative as I asked him to verify information and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was wasting his time. Joe showed up to work a few minutes early and was efficient with his time. He replaced a PRV at a fair price. Thank you and I will hire you again for future jobs as they are needed.

I received a toilet that was damaged during delivery. To complete the installation of my bathroom, my technicians were scheduled to install my toilet today. When I called Jose Plumbing, he was quite helpful in helping me get a replacement toilet delivered as quickly as possible.

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

Grant the service manager was very professional and personable in response to an after hours plumbing urgency/emergency. He didn’t hesitate to coordinate the work needed quickly and decisively. Though we hope we don’t have a plumbing emergency again if we do we will call Beyer!
