The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Parker and Sons were great. We had them out after an inspection on our house revealed some leaking around the hot water heater. They came out promptly and determined the tank on the heater had a small leak. They replaced it the same day. During final walk through, a small leak was discovered. Turns out there was a pinhole leak on a pipe coming from the tank. They were there the next morning. And since they serviced the tank last, they had no charge for the follow up. Great service!
