Kevin Chambliss has an excellent plumbing company. Always fair pricing for the work completed, and the work is top notch. His employees are friendly, helpful and very courteous. I’d never use another plumbing company.

here were no surprise fees, you were there quickly, you outlined exactly what needed to be done without trying to add additional, unnecessary repairs and Tony was awesome!

Mitch was very professional and once I called he was at my location within an hour, which was such a relief given 5 other plumbers told me they couldnt make it out until next week. He fixed my bathtub faucet that would not stop running in such a timely fashion despite having to leave to purchase a part and come back to finish the job. I highly recommend this business!!

Thank God for Joe and his team they were very professional and push thru to get my disable sister water service to her home. The job entailed having to dig 100 ft on the back yard and digging 9 ft down replacing all the clay piping. If you have a plumbing problem this family owned business is the company to use. Would not use,again

Had outside pipe leaking called will fixed and router rooter both of them made appointments with me and canceled said they could not keep their appointments until the next day. Mean while we had not water. Then I called Auger plumbing. They went out of their way to help me. With in a hour they had a plumber out to me. Max was his name and he was outstanding a true professional. He explained to me everything he was going to do. I want to thank them ?for talking care of us. We did more business like Auger plumbing woh but their customers first. I highly recommend Auger plumbing to everyone. Once again thank you.

The technician was friendly and very mannerable. He proceed to do this job after explainig what he was doing. He did the sewer cleaning in a very reasonable time and explained what he found and gave recommendation to the property management company. Thank you for your prompt friendly service.

The tech showed up right on time. He identified the problem immediately and was very communicative during the whole process. He instructed me on what he was going to do. He did a fantastic drain cleaning and kept his work area clean at all times. After using “the snake” he unclogged our drain. Great experience, and I couldn’t recommend them more!
