During recent storm, needed copper elbow repaired...had couple plumbering companies fall through due to improper equipment and supplies, lack of knowledge or unavailability, no water for 6 days...while a neighbor was helping to repair the elbow they reached out to me at noon today to see if I still needed their services, had plumber available same day and fixed right away...they were prompt, professional, efficient, had right equipment and got my water running! My kitchen sink was severely stopped up I tried everything I knew to do. Dale from Roto Rooter Metro Parkway San Antonio came to my rescue. He worked for an hour and ran at least 100 ft of snake through my drain twice before he got it cleaned out. He was courteous and cleaned up after the drain was cleared. David showed up THE NEXT DAY to complete the work. He had all the parts and materials needed on his truck to complete the job. David did an excellent job and the installation looks fantastic. You never know what you are going to get when you call a plumber. Peoples Choice Plumbing provided a great customer experience and I would use them again.
