Best New Air Conditioning System in San Antonio TX

I had general maintenance done on my AC unit. After a thorough check, the tech indicated that the unit was working well. He indicated that a possible improvement would be the installation of a UV sanitizing system to improve indoor air quality. He provided information on these units without the pushy sales pitch. These guys were great. For hundreds less than others, they cleared my main line out to the sewer. Easy. Simple. Like it should be. No price gouging or trickery. They are my new go-to.

Excellent service, very communicative/responsive. They were able to get a tech out the very next day (I called around 5p) and the tech diagnosed the issue quickly and repaired it (calcium build up on flow sensors for my tankless water heater causing inconsistent hot water). Would definitely recommend Aramendia for plumbing jobs!

Technician (Will) was awesome. Diagnosing a very obscure problem with wiring and NOT running up a bill for something that didn't need replacing. Pat and Matt Freund run an exceptional business and Comfort Air and Primo Plumbing are my go to every time there is one of those issues at my place.

Gil was knowledgeable and pleasant. They came out the same day and explained everything that was going on and gave recommendations.Within a few hours we had all of our options and a next day appointment for the water heater to be replaced. When our AC stopped working, we received quick call back from Airco Mechanical. The Service Professional (Joshua Guajardo) who responded the next day was extremely helpful, taking the time to answer many questions, as well as thoroughly explain all of our repair/replacement options. He even answered questions unrelated to the issue at hand, and his expertise and knowledge were very helpful. He didn’t rush the visit and spent extended time explaining, which was also much appreciated. This is the third time we have used the services of Airco Mechanical, and we would recommend them to others.Addendum to original review: We just had a new AC system installed by Airco Mechanical a few days later. The two Technicians were very efficient, conscientious, and cleaned up well after. We were happy with the work and like the new system so far

Bad service

They dont even work weekends because there busy, so they would rather have the customer be without water than come out and fix the problem that could cost hundreds of dollars and the customer would have to wait till monday....
