My experience with All Pro was AMAZING! There are multiple problems going on with our plumbing, lately. Naturally, that meant I've had MANY questions! Aaron Saenz, was able to get here earlier than expected, which was a GREAT thing, because the work ended up taking all day. Also, no matter how much I've asked, and hovered (out of curiosity for how everything works and concern for what was wrong), Aaron was SO, incredibly patient!He answered ALL of my questions, explained everything to me in great detail, and was never bothered by my preference to witness the process of almost every step. After desperately calling plumbers during the freeze in San Antonio, for what I thought was one busted pipe, my son-in-law who was calling from Dallas was able to reach David. From that conversation I was confident that David was the plumber I would wait for. Due to weather conditions, it took a few days to get to my home. In the meantime, Office Manager Bee was compassionate and reassuring whenever I communicated with her. David found the original busted pipe and then located and repaired a second one. He did a great job! I will definitely hire him for any future plumbing issues.

When my A/C stopped cooling I went through Home Depot to look for a reputable company. I went with Will Fix It. From the initial call from Araceli at Will Fix It to the installation of my new unit by Jaime and Darnell, the overall experience was extremely positive.Araceli had someone at my house within 2hrs of my A/C going out. Ace, the service technician, arrived and began his assessment of my unit. After diagnosing the issue, Ace went over all of my options in detail and was patient with all my questions. He explained everything again to my wife who wasn't available when he arrived. After a discussion and taking into consideration how long we planned on keeping our house, he gave us his recommendation, which we ultimately took. Ace was very knowledgeable, thoroughly explained everything, provided examples and even though I didn't ask for it, gave me a military discount. I guess he saw some of the Army gear I have in my garage. Thanks Ace!The next morning Jaime and Darnell arrived within the specified time to install my unit. They introduced themselves, explained what they would be doing, were very professional and immediately got to work. They did a great deal of work up in the attic were it got to over a hundred degrees. Safety was a priority for them. I could hear them checking on each other and they took much needed breaks from the heat. As I checked on them throughout the day, they explained where they were in the process. Upon completion I went into the attic with Jaime where he went over everything they had replaced and worked on up there. These guys did a good job.Within 28hrs of my A/C going out I had a new unit installed. I think that's pretty impressive considering the shortage of HVAC parts right now. My parents A/C went out recently and they were without it for a week due to parts.Thanks to Araceli, Ace, Jaime and Darnell. I recommend Will Fix It.

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.

The service was A+, 10/10, but my concern was with them trying to access my PayPal to make the payment. I’ve been sitting with this question for a few days now and I’m still confused as to why they thought this was ok. Why don’t you all have a reputable payment system? The audacity to ask for the code for my PayPal has me flabbergasted and concerned. Although the service was by far the best service I’ve received in a while, extremely reliable and informative, this payment situation leaves me hesitant to reach out again.

John & Angle did a great job of installing a new electric hot water tank and bringing everything up to code requirements.

The faucet was difficult to repair but Jonathan was able to install new faucet with no problem.
