Tony helped me out last minute when my toilet was flooding and was super professional. Will definitely be using him in the future for any repairs I may need.

Mitch with Red Brass Plumbing was honest, fast and did quality work. He explained what our options were and the costs of replacing our water heater. I went with him because of the great reviews on Google; and, I felt good about the fact he was a professional (licenced) plumber.I've used the larger companies and they were constantly trying to upsell me.Mitch and his wife Amy, kept on top of his appointments and I received auto updates when Mitch would arrive via text (very nice feature). I would definitely recommend Mitch for any plumbing needs you have.

Quick service on a holiday crisis. Michael showed up quickly and was completely professional and totally competent. A little pricey? Yes, but it was Thanksgiving morning and I was told what the cost would be ahead of time. I was charged exactly what was quoted. My issue was repaired and I'm happy.I would absolutely recommend this company and the service they provided. ?

They came out and did a recall repair on my water heater. I was unable to be at the residence but my wife made it home and they supposedly did the repair, yesterday when I checked the repair that was made from the recall the control panel about fell off the front of my water heater which was mounted firmly with screws and wired were visable from the side of the control panel. Spoke to the company and asked why were they worried about me meeting the san antonio code and not worried about the poor work their 19yr old technician did. I recieved an attitude and also told that me or my wife would need to take more time off rather than being able to to accomadate since we already took time off. All they give you is a big attitude and a long sales pitch about things that aren't needed. GO ELSE WHERE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BECAUSE THEY ARE A JOKE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! HOW THEY GOT LICENSING TO BEGING WITH IS BEYOND ME! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BOOT!!!!!!

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.
