TL;DR: Buyer beware—the negative reviews exist for a reason. In my case, I needed a shower spout repair that turned into a shower spout replacement. They technically replaced it and got the shower running again, so I will give them a star for that. However, the final result was slapdash, sloppy, and dare I say, lazy:1. The original spout was removed recklessly (see photo for damage);2. They did not bother to seal the new spout with caulk to protect it from future corrosion & damage (basic plumbing);3. They were not careful with their work area & blowtorch, so they melted bottles in the shower (photo); and4. They left debris throughout, including, I later learned, down the drain.(Additionally, the shower head stopped working immediately after their visit, so I'm now going through diagnosing what they might have done to cause it, or if it's just poor coincidence. Either way, I now have to replace the shower head as well.)So, instead of what should have been a contained, easy spout installation to save me time and effort, I have now had to:1. Make multiple back-and-forth calls to rectify the situation, which has yet to go anywhere despite emailing evidence at their request. I have had to move on. (Just a head's up: they will frequently call you but have it go straight to voicemail so you don't get to see or hear that they're even calling you);2. Spend additional money, time, and effort sealing the spout myself;3. Spend additional money, time, and effort unclogging their debris from the drain;4. Spend additional money, time, and effort replacing the shower head that no longer works as of their visit (which may or may not be directly related). In summary, if you're in a desperate scenario; do not care if the work is done correctly & with basic consideration; and you need a very temporary & tenuous fix: hire with caution. And your own caulk.
