Owner came out and found a leak 2 other plumbers failed to find. It took all day of digging and shoveling before the leak was detected. Mr Rooter was determined to find and fix the leak. Never gave up and stayed late to finish.We will only use Mr Rooter form this point forward. Thank you for saving us money and water.

He successfully stopped the water leak, our reason for the service call. Thirdly, since there were other problems, he cordially recommended that our future plumbing needs should be addressed as soon as possible. we had a new HVAC system installed by Goettl over a year ago, and have not been satisfied with the performance of the system since installation. The outside unit has a loud banging noise whenever the unit starts, and a loud rushing noise that sounds like a flushing toilet that continues while the system runs. We have complained about this to Goettl since installation, and numerous technicians have been sent to correct this problem. Every time the technicians come, they make some adjustments and tells the system is running the way it is supposed to and leave with no improvement. Yesterday technicians Jason, and Matthew arrived and after explaining the issues, they immediately diagnosed the problems and after they made the correct adjustments, the system began performing the way it should have immediately after installation. Jason and Matthew were extremely knowledgeable and professional, and we wish they had come in an earlier call. Jason and Matthew are the type of professional you hope come whenever you need help. Goettl needs to appreciate their professionalism. We are extremely satisfied with the system now, and if we have further problems we will definitely request their service

Schmidt Mechanical installed two new systems in my house. The employees were nice and courteous. The did a great job and cleaned up nicely when they were done. Very competitive. Clean employees. We will be replacing two more units and we wont call anyone else.

just got a washer/dryer installed and was told my bibbs were leaking and needed replacing. got on the google and did a search for closest plumber. showed up same day a few hours later and was excellent service. super nice guys; very professional, quick, courteous and knowledgeable. i have no idea what a normal or good rate is for plumbers, so can't really speak to that, but i'm super happy with everything. will definitely go back to them if i need a plumber.

Had a really good experience with A&A plumbing. There was a little misunderstanding with the discussed and agreed plumbing work at first, but the customer service/management folks went out of their way to make it right. I am very satisfied and would not hesitate to use this plumbing company again.
