Best Garbage Disposals in San Antonio TX

Just had my water heater inspected by City Base Plumbing employees; Jon Jon and Pedro. I was worried about my water heater blowing up or just giving out. Those guys made me feel a whole lot better and safer. I'm not thinking about it anymore. You guys ROCK! Thanks for your awesome service. I won't hesitate to call your company again when I need help.

Unprofessional, incorrect information given by operator on initial call. Didn’t fix the issue with the first visit, had to come out again and wanted to charge an additional amount for something that was still broken. Peter and his helper that came out today didn’t even want to stay to try and help the issue while I was on the line with the operator trying to understand the wrong quote given on the phone. During which, the guys outside were in a hurry to leave and didn’t want to wait while we sorted out the price details. When Travis, the owner, called after the fact he said that the operator doesn’t have the correct information because she isn’t the technician. Hmm, but she is the front line of your company right? He wanted to argue and be unprofessional. I understand it’s Christmas Eve, people want to be home with their families but do not give out incorrect information to begin with, don’t schedule your workers to work when the don’t want to and don’t argue with customers *after* the fact. I am well aware that “services aren’t free” as Travis so *professionally* stated, but if the issue is still not working after they’ve attempted to fix the drain with a snake (even though we told them we already did that), a little ownership and good business ownership should at least be felt and offered try to help the situation and understand where the customer is coming from instead of arguing to try and keep their pride.

I had a leak on the copper pipe of my water heater so I called to make an appointment and I spoke to Fernando and he said Nathan would call me in a few minutes so Nathan did call back within 10 minutes and he told me he would be at my house in 45 minutes and sure enough he arrived at my home within those 45 minutes Nathan was awesome he told me how long it was going to be and a rough estimate I told him that was fine and he got to work and fix the leak and he didn’t charge me an arm and leg and mind you it was a Sunday I will definitely be giving them a call again

We found a leak on my daughter's ceiling and we were worried it was something major. My husband thought it was a plumbing issue and I thought it was an A/C unit problem. We called our home warranty and was told it would be 2 days before someone could come out. Called roto rooter the next morning and they were at my house within an hour. Johnny was my technician. He was absolutely fantastic. He was able to tell me exactly what the problem was, which was the A/C pan being tilted. He even set it back up. There is no more dripping. He even set up the water restoration team to come out to see if there was further damage. Roto rooter you guys are awesome. You guys rock!

Josh has outstanding work ethic, and great communication! It’s nice to know that he has plan and is confident about repairs and improvements when it comes to experience. Murray is a great company with great workmanship!

I had a plumbing problem, Wade and Jacob arrived on time. I can't say enough about these two guys they represent their company very well, respectful, knowledgeable and courteous. I would try to hire these guys away if I could. These guys are honest, would recommend them over anybody including Goettl 1000% and I have used them, they wanted to get into my back pocket! Primo sent out an apprentice named Marshall. I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to replace our broken pipe in the yard. He was willing to answer all my questions and he had it done in no time at all. Thank you Primo, you are my new plumbers forever :)

We had a complete removal n new installation of a commercial water heater tank and water filtration system. Also, had a toilet removal n replacement. Service has been great, fast n fair in price. We highly recommend this company for your home repairs n plumbing related issues n a/c issues too.

Our garbage disposal stopped working, and water was building up in the sink when we ran our dishwasher. Called Anchor Plumbing because they were close and highly-rated. The technician (Pete) was here within an hour. He clearly explained the issue and quickly replaced the broken unit. The price for everything was right in the range of what I was expecting to have to spend. It took about 2 hours total from when I called them to when Pete left. Very happy with Anchor Plumbing, and though I hope I don't need to use them again any time soon, they will be my go-to for future plumbing issues!

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

My ac broke down and Jesse was sent over and he was here at the time he said and got us hooked up, very good job. Thank you and I would recommend yall to anyone else who would need help.
