After two weeks of not getting hot water in my house because of a previous plumber we got Chavarria’s plumbing to come out. Nathan was very professional and nice throughout the hot water heater replacement. They treat your home with respect and will not leave until the job is done. I recently had 2 new AC systems installed and even though it was expensive (let’s face it - who wants to spend thousands of dollars), it has been awesome! Every interaction was professional and courteous throughout. They explained everything they were doing and took great care to clean up after themselves when they were done. My salesman, Jean, and the installers - Art, Ryan, and Louis - all did an amazing job! I can’t thank them enough. I've used this company on several occasions being a small business owner myself. This last occasion had me scratching my head. I called on Sunday to make an appointment. They advised the soonest was Wednesday between 2-4pm. I advised that was a little late but if something came available sooner that would be appreciated. I called today (Wednesday) in the morning to confirm. They advised someone would be there between 2-4pm (my tenants property). I got a call about 3 hours later that they had to cancel and would reschedule for a week later, actually after labor day? I asked why and they said they didn't have the right equipment. They had not reviewed the problem. They assumed a jetter was needed but had not been there to diagnose. I advised I had tenants that were waiting for this issue to be corrected and would appreciate someone helping. As what I thought that our small business was a valued and repeat customer they would assist. Abigail the dispatch person said no and there was nothing else they could do and proceeded to disconnect our call. Again, I am a small business owner. I understand the pressures of not having employees but to be disconnected is super poor service. I wish the best for Will Fix It as I have frequented their services in the past, but have to address unacceptable practices. That was 3 days ago, I think that should have been sufficient time to respond. No, no one called to address the issue. If you think being a repeat customer and spending thousands means anything to anyone at this company then you are kidding yourself. I would not trust this company to do anything going forward.

I want to commend TPD and, in particular, Master Plumber Angel Gregorio. He came out to check our washer connection and drain system. He courteously called to advise us of his arrival time, tested the system, and answered all my questions. At the end of it, we were set and ready to go. Thanks for this great service and we'll definitely be calling you again!

Our plumber, David, showed up on time and very promptly repaired our sewer. He outlined a plan to make permanent repairs, a maintenance schedule, and let us know the exact cost of everything. Very satisfied. Great work ethic. Update: A & A must mean Awesome & Awesome! Our plumbers David & Colin did an excellent job on the permanent repairs. A new toilet, a new 4 clean out, and replacement of the old pipe. Cannot be happier with the service they provided. Call these guys if you have plumbing trouble, they will hook you up. Literally.

Fast and reliable. Showed up when promised and and did good clean work. Used several times. Also had a large excavation job. Done quick and pulled permits with no issues. This guy believes in “customer service “.
