Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night last night, called these guys this morning and they had someone out here by 11 (Chris) and he got it all fixed within the hour for a good price. Thank you guys so much!

Big City Plumbing is quick, efficient, and came through for us when we were in a pinch. Patricia was particularly helpful, and we have had a great experience.

The driver almost side swiped me, cut me off and then proceeded to tail gate another vehicle. Anyone who lacks self control while other lives are involved i would assume also wouldn’t provide quality service.

Great timing. Tech was early and it was a free quote. Now the thing is the quote was way off from other plumbers. I mean $250.00 off. These guys are extremely expensive.

Not off to a good start. They haven't sent a plumber yet, but they almost did.I missed a call from them by no more than two seconds and they did not leave a message. I immediately called them back and was sent to their operator instead of whoever had tried calling. They got in touch with dispatch and they had sent the plumber to a different call already!Not only that, but the operator expressed essentially no sympathy or understanding to this extremely frustrating experience and the way she said Okay? at the end of the call, felt like a please shut up so I can help someone else now.So now I have to stressfully wait by my phone all day so I don't miss their next call. Let's hope their plumber (whenever they're sent) brings this three star review up to a four.
