When our kitchen sink, garage sink, and washing machine all backed up, we called Roto-Rooter. They had been here over a year ago, and they were on time and polite. Jose explained, in words I understood, what they needed to do and why, and he gave me some tips I didn't know about to keep the pipes clean and clear. He cleaned up everything. It was worth the money and if/when we need a plumber again, we are calling Roto-Rooter. And asking for Jose Q. (Sorry, World. He is in the San Antonio area and we got him!).

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.
