At first the customer service guy wasn't being professional but the price they gave me was better than other quotes we received so we gave them a shot. Peter the plumber got to our house in 30 min. He was professional and willing to find the problem fast. He wasn't able to fix the problem because it was SAWS pipe that had collapsed but Peter definitely tried everything to fix it first and he even stayed late to finalize everything we needed for saws. I recommend their business!

Citybase plumbing was willing to come out and give a free estimate on several items on our new house. Many other plumbers in the area wanted to charge a fee just to come and give an estimate. Not only were they timely, responsive, and kind, their prices were very reasonable. Their staff was very knowledgeable. In addition, Raul was very thoughtful in his suggestions and offered multiple options to address our needs.

We had a plumbing emergency with the ice maker valve in our kitchen. We had water everywhere. We called many companies prior to calling Roto-Rooter and none of them could help us out until days later. I called Roto-Rooter and they contacted a team in the area and arrived at our home within an hour. They were quick, professional, and kind. I highly recommend this company.

We have used People's Choice Plumbing for several plumbing issues over the past four years. They have always provided high quality service efficiently and at a reasonable price. Our current issue, a leaky toilet, was taken care of quickly and courteously.

It is obvious that when Schmidt switched to Radiant, their friendly customer service model changed to a corporate style business model. I had a problem with my heating unit. The Tech walks in and first thing he immediately shares with me is a laminated price list. I listened and asked him to see the unit. He seemed like a salesperson with not much technical experience. He went by the book and listed many things that could have happened to my unit. I left him in the attic for 30 min, then went back in and he was reading a binder and told me he is studying the circuit diagram. I immediately called another HVAC company and made an appointment (without telling him). When he was done after 1 hour, he gave me a shopping list of what needs to be replaced one of which was a $3,500 heat exchanger. Long story short, he left. The tech from the second company came and told me it is the fire sensor. To be sure, I made an appointment with a 3rd company and was told about the same thing. I specifically asked them if the heat exchanger was cracked. Both explained in the same way that IF it was cracked, the fire etc should look like this…, showing me a video and assuring me that the hear exchanger was just fine. I say bye to Radiant. I wish they stayed true to the Schmidt business model that did not involve scare tactics.

San Antonio Plumbing did a great job addressing our blocked septic line. They were able to come out about 1.5 hours after I called. Johnny was courteous and quickly was able to address issue. He discovered we had a crack in the line but told us it’s not an emergency that needed to be addressed immediately (which I guess he could have) and instead said it should be repaired sometime in the next several months. The repair won’t be cheap, but I truly appreciated the fact that he did not try to pressure us into the repair right now.The cost of clearing the blockage (roots coming in through the crack) was on the low side of the costs I had seen on the internet.I would definitely use San Antonio Plumbing again if I need a plumber.

The tech showed up right on time. He identified the problem immediately and was very communicative during the whole process. He instructed me on what he was going to do. He did a fantastic drain cleaning and kept his work area clean at all times. After using “the snake” he unclogged our drain. Great experience, and I couldn’t recommend them more!

I had somebody else look at my leaky pipes and we though it was fixed but it turns out they were still leaking. Fabian was able to come check out my sink last minute on that same day I contacted him and fix the leak no problem. He was even able to come later that same week and install my water softener. My sink is working great and I love my new water softener ? he did the work at a VERY fair price!
