John and Sonny did a great job. First they found the problem and then they jetted all of the pipes totally clean. I am very satisfied. And they were fun to work with. Really nice men who were quiet and respectful of me as the homeowner who works from home. I would hire them again in a heartbeat (of course, I hope I never need them ever again!).

Came out to look at a water leak on Friday and was in able to repair until Monday morning. Did not show up or call on Monday. I called and they said that they were very busy and could not repair water leak until Wednesday or Thursday. Tried to recommend other plumbers. They failed to honor their word. Very poor customer service. They still charged us $90 for a service charge and did not finish the job

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

From the beginning Bonnie was awesome! Got new on the schedule the very next day! Cleanord came out to my home this morning. He was very polite and professional. Was here for almost half a day and steadily worked on our plumbing issues. We made jokes and he was great. Finished job looks amazing and I'm so happy with the work done! Thanks Cleanord! The team was great to work with. The job was a full scrape/clean out of the main drain under our slab foundation, out to the clean out outside the front of the house, including a crack repair about eight feet from the house. It took most of a day, which they told us in advance was a best case. They kept us up to date during the work, and were very clean and professional. It was dirty, not-inexpensive work, but at the end, I didn't have any buyer's remorse for doing it. Plumbing is clear/obstruction-free, and we have had no recurrence of the issues we'd been having (clogs, backups and strange odors).

I discovered we had old leaky galvanized pipe between our meter and main shut off. One week of water usage was at $149. Not good. I called Plumb Crazy Plumbing (along with about five other companies) and he said he would be here in one hour. Another company showed up just before him and proposed a two day project (which would have left us without water for all that time. Andy, at Plumb Crazy looked over the job and came up with a fast effective solution to fully replace the main water line in one day. I hired him on the spot. And then he delivered, on time and with good quality. They even cleaned up the mess I made digging up the leak to do a temporary repair. That was above and beyond what they were hired for. I highly recommend Plumb Crazy Plumbers.

I was very pleased with the service, timeliness and quality of their service. Shawn was able to provide a good estimate based on my phone description of the work to extend my outdoor gas service with a second quick-connect line. Scheduling was easy, the team arrived on-time, they did a nice job, and the bill was very close to the estimate (even a bit less). Would definitely use them again for any gas line plumbing at our home
