I called because I needed someone to fix a broken faucet in our upstairs bathroom. They came in the very same day and fixed the faucet in no time. The plumber the sent out was very professional. The best in the area. Came home from vacation to a leaking shut off valve outside of house. Called Romo and he let me know what might be issue and how to remedy it. His advice was correct. Could have easily sent someone and charged whatever the charge and it being a very simple fix. Tells you a lot about what kind of people are running this company.
