Best Tankless Water Heater Install in Saint Petersburg FL

I've experienced COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE at every level, from the top down. I recommend you STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I own a rental property in St Pete, FL and I contacted this company back in April 2018 because the kitchen faucet was leaking. They said they would go out and check it, but I never received any calls from them to follow up. Shortly afterwards, I got an invoice in the mail for $573!!!

I called my tenant to see if he knew what was going on and he informed me that Advanced Plumbing came out and installed a new faucet without my authorization. Not only that, but they didn't even install it properly because it wouldn't fully swing over the sink!!

I contacted the company to let them know that they screwed up my kitchen faucet and that I needed an explanation for the absurd invoice I received. I later got a call from Rick (CFO) who explained to me that the technician, took it upon himself to buy a $250 faucet from Home Depot and install it in my rental property! The technician also charged me for the time he spent shopping at Home Depot and grabbing his lunch....then he doubled that amount to charge me for his helper.
During that conversation, Rick apologized for all the discrepancies, said he would get the labor charges fixed and that he just needed to find out the situation with the faucet before he could resolve my invoice discrepancies.

Here we are 4 months later and they just finally got out to fix the faucet (only found out because my tenant told me), but still no word about the invoice. I've emailed Rick and their invoicing office every few weeks for the past several months and they have made zero effort to resolve this issue. The only correspondence I've gotten from them lately is an email telling me that I am 90+ days late paying the invoice!...are you serious??!!!!

All I can say is, this better not go to collections and damage my credit report as a result of their incompetence!

I highly recommend Plumbgreat Plumbing. My hot water heater was leaking and Charles came out right away to look at it. He checked all the valves and fittings and confirmed the tank was bad and needed to be replaced (it was over 13 years old). After discussing the problem and going over some options, he installed a new one for me the same day and hauled off the old one. He even checked the rest of the house for any other issues. Luckily everything else was fine, but it was good peace of mind to get a complimentary inspection from a professional. Plumbgreat lived up to their name. Fast, reasonable, friendly, and overall a quality job! A++

We had a significant plumbing issue, the first call was handled by Tanner, he did a great job but was limited by the equipment he had. The next day Jason came and worked all day until our issue was taken care of. They were both extremely professional and customer focused. Jason was knowledgeable and kept us up to date with his progress all day. My husband and I both commented that the company is fortunate to have such hard working employees. We would not hesitate to refer anyone to The Drain Team.

Have been having an issue with the plumbing on an older house here in the jungle area of St Petersburg... called McGill they send a technician outp. After speaking with him and letting him know what I knew about the problem he went over and above and the place has never ever been this smell free apparently sewer gas have been backing up into the house.... these people are professional plumbers they take care of the customer first and foremost always going over and above and exceeding expectations thank you again with McGill Plumbing
