This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Save the call and call another plumber. Don't trust the repair price they quote you. They tried to charge 2 times as much as I was quoted. Their reason was that they sent 2 plumbers a 2nd time because the first plumber got the snake stuck in the pipe. We subsequently found out that the snake made a U turn and came out the pipe on the roof. Most of the snake was exposed with the end digging in the ground. Took trips to clear the clog. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. if you decide to just remember. Some of us told you!!

This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. We hired Plumb Crazy Plumbers for a very big master bath job basically starting from scratch, which included rerouting a toilet line, installing a sink, new lines and plumbing for a freestanding tub, and running new drains and lines for a washer/dryer combo. They were priced right, showed up and were friendly. Would recommend!

Kyle was very professional and helpful when discussing our damaged water heater. He gave us options to either repair or replace. He was very clear with information and demonstration. While he was there we decided to have a shower remodel (from tub to walk-in) and have all hardware replaced. It was great knowing we could use 'one-stop shopping' for many other fixes we may need. Kyle gave us a very good 'bundle' deal which made us very happy. We are going to sign up for the annual maintenance program, which is also another very good deal, to keep our A/C and other home services in tip-top shape.
