When the job was finished, all the old parts were taken away, the workspace was left clean and he explained the features of the new equipment. Highly recommend Casey and this company! Dawson C. made a followup visit a few weeks after my installation to adjust a drainage issue; he came out on a Sunday evening and made the necessary adjustments and explained everything, he is a very professional, knowledgeable and polite technician!

Hello. I would just like to give a huge shout out to Mike. He was at my apartment with his co-worker roughly the 7th of August. I can not remember the guys name that was out here with mike the first time. But they both were amazing. Made sure I was well taken care of. Well Mike was back for an another issue yesterday with a co-worker Eric and mike worked so hard to make sure my issue was fixed as well as the co-worker who came a little later. Mike definitely takes pride in his job. Both so respectful and honest. They definitely deserve to be recognized. Thank you!

Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. We utilized Midway for their plumbing services. We needed a new kitchen faucet installed and a new vanity/sink/faucet installed. This sounds fairly simple and straight forward, but the fact that our house is 72 years old caused some problems we had not anticipated.Gerald arrived on time and was friendly and completely professional. Due to the age of the house he ran into a few difficulties and set backs. Gerald's extensive knowledge and attention to detail allowed the project to still be completed in one day. My husband and I are very pleased with the final product and will definitely contact Midway for future plumbing services needed.

These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.
