We had a leak in our water line and the plumber could not locate it. He recommended I Find Leaks, They came right away and Jeremy was able to find the leak, on the cold water line, within 3 of the spot. As a result the plumber only had to jackhammer out a 1 ft. hole in the floor. We would highly recommend Jeremy and I Find Leaks. Very Professional and great to work with. I called them to fix my running toilet, only that the toilet was still running. I called them back and they wanted to charge me again for something they failed to fix the first time. They want to charge me $450 because today is Saturday and $350 if I could wait until next week. JUST TO FIX A RUNNING TOILET!
BEWARE they have an answering service, so you do not get neither a person that can help you right away nor someone that can give you an appoitment time. I basically paid $115 for a new handle...THAT IS ROBBERY!! NOT ONLY THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT ALSO DEAD BEAT PLUMBERS.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Our FAST experience was great. Dan came out at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with our oven. We will definitely be calling FAST when the need arises for our next repair!

We had a heavy grease clog in our main pipe leading out to the city sewer. Danny N. found the clog after a difficult search because it wasn't marked, and worked hard into the evening hours to unplug it. he was very instructive in showing me the camera and how the clog occurred and how the grease had built up. I have used Stan for multiple plumbing fixes in the house ranging from repairing a hot line leak under the slab to simple stuff like replacing the float mechanism in our guest bathroom toilet. It’s an older house so things are starting to fail and Stan has been there to keep things “afloat” as it were.

His latest work was installing a new hot water heater in our house. He spent longer than planned but made sure it was done right. It came out looking great and works great! Nothing more I can ask for.

Retired from the Navy and Government Service in April of last year and moved to Tampa. Bought a home in June of 2015 and needed some Japanese bidet toilet seats installed. Checked with four different plumbers, with one telling us, it was too hard for them, two more quoting me a ridiculous amount - based on anticipated hours required for installation, then I met Everyday Plumber. They quoted a flat rate, per each of the 3 toilets, and had the job done by 1600 of the next day. As I was planning to add a large lanai to my home - I had them run a pipe from what would soon be an enclosed water spigot to an accessible area. Most recently I had them remove a commode from the downstairs bathroom, to allow Lennar to replace cracked tiles, then reinstall the toilet when work was done. I have been exceptionally impressed by the responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism, and the deportment of each plumber who has come to my home. Regardless the difficulty of the contracted task, NEVER have I been asked to pay more than originally quoted, though a couple of the projects required innovation and far more time than anyone could have anticipated. I now have a Lifetime Membership with Everyday Plumber.
