These guys are great ! I had a pipe leaking under my slab, it was sounding like water was running but there was no apparent leaks ! I replaced my toilet flush valve and my water heater. My brother was helping me replace my water heater and as we were filling the tank I noticed I could still hear the sound that has been driving me crazy ! We checked my water meter and realized something else was going on ? My brother told me to call Kurt MacIntyre who dropped by in the rain to help me determine I had a leak ! Tyler from I FIND LEAKS found the leak and patched it ! The sound is gone and the price was reasonable ! Thanks to Kurt from Kurt MacIntyre Plumbing for helping me determine there was a leak before it got worse and Tyler for finding the leak, patching it and helping me resolve this situation !

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

The absolute worst experience ever. Owner is great. But he's got a lot of incompetent employees who took shortcuts and hid shortcuts. 18 months after install I still don't have a good experience.

What can you say about a plumber that performs work but does not accurately notate the invoice? Plumber Mark had to remove toilet to replace a t-valve (Modern toilet design). We were charged to replace toilet but it was not added to the invoice. Now no warranty for work performed. Toilet is rocking back and forth just 3 months after the work was completed. Manager Dennis says he will check on it and call back. No response from Dennis. This company does not walk their talk. Don't waste your time, incompetent!

Josh and Kyle did a fanastic job to have my water lines (sink and dishwasher) disconnected and then reconnected using new pipes after new countertop and sink were put in. They also installed my new motion sensored faucet. They were very professional and their price was very reasonable. I am very happy with the newly installed faucet as well as the new pipes down here. I will definetly call them again for future needs.

We recently had a central air system go down in the middle of the summer heat. They responded right away and got us up and running. Highly recommend!
