Best Water Supply System in Saint Petersburg FL

Jeremy came out, he did an awesome job finding the leak in our house. He used infrared and ultrasonic leak detection equipment to find the leak. I would recommend this company to anyone! Thanks so much Jeremy!!

The business card say free estimator.They charged me $87 for tell me that my problem is the faucet in my tub. Them they told me that they need to change my faucet and that has to be different because my old faucet is not longer . They will gonna charge me $800 . Then I went to Home Depot and found the exactly faucet . Please do not trust in this business .

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Woke up, showered and water pooled at my feet. Tried flushing shortly thereafter and it wouldn't do it. Called Romo's and they were there within 3 hours and had me up and running 2 hours later (what would truly take another company all day if they'd be able to fix it at all). Word to the wise, do not flush what they call flushable wet wipes. They worked until the job was completely finished and ensured that there would be no hiccups going forward. Thank you Romo's.

I am installing a water treatment system and I needed some preliminary plumbing done for the installation. Andy came by today to look at the job I needed. He assessed it, got the parts and did the job. He did exactly what was needed it looked very professional.

Overall, a disappointing service with this local plumber in St Pete. I should have known when my first experience was a missed appointment for an estimate which had to be rescheduled. Okay, no big deal. Things happen... but the experience didn’t get a whole lot better from there. The 2 stars is earned from completing a tankless water heater in my bathroom, we have hot water as requested there. But unfortunately, when asked to replace the tankless in the kitchen, because after replacing the one in the bathroom, now the separate tankless unit in the kitchen wasn’t working as it had before... we had less success. The plumber installed the second new unit in the kitchen, but we still couldn’t get hot water. It was explained that perhaps we have some crossed water lines, so I paid for both jobs already completed, and called for a new estimate to figure out why I still can’t get hot water in the kitchen.
On that 4th appt, we got no help or support and instead the plumber just defended the work completed and didn’t try any solutions to help. We barely got any kind of estimate to dive deeper into the problem. It then become apparent some basic mistakes were made throughout the initial services.
In closing, had i received a call back from the owner or manager as I requested after an unsatisfactory appointment, we could have discussed the work completed, but there seemed to be no concern from management about a disappointed customer.
If you need a plumber, I’d make another call before trying this company.

I got 4 different estimates before I contacted these gentlemen to come out. They were the only company to sit down with me and tell me exactly what was wrong and exactly how they were going to fix it. The team I had : Dennis and Eric, were always professional, kind and patient with me and I honestly will never use anyone else. They made me feel comfortable and confident about the work that was and needed to be done. They explained every step of the way and showed me what they were doing. When completed cleaned up the entire area to where you can’t even tell they were here. Thank you guys for all of your hard work! You all are the best!

Donovan was our service rep. He arrived on time and before beginning the job, took the time to answer all our questions and concerns about the work that needed to be done. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend FLOW PROS for all your plumbing needs. Also, we received excellent customer service from Jared regarding a slight glitch in the billing. Folks there's still great customer service out there and this company proved it!!!!!

I gave them 5 stars for a reason. They earned it. I just recently signed up with Duke Energy Home Protection, which covers plumbing. My toilet clogged up. They were able to come out the same day and fixed it. It was a crew of 2 guys. Both were extremely knowledgeable about plumbing and very friendly. I highly recommend Clog Kings Plumbing.

Jordan was fantastic! She recognized the problem and discovered a fix. She gave clear explanations of everything and addressed all of my inquiries. Nick from Proflo plumbing was superb! I called him in a panic as my kitchen sink was leaking and I couldn't operate easily in the kitchen which at this point is critical as I am caring for someone that is ill. The next day, he arrived on time and he was very courteous. What I thought was a drainage problem was actually more and required replacement of the garbage disposal which I had planned to do at a later date. Nick could have easily fixed the drainage problem, collected my money and then come again and charged me for the garbage disposal. However, he was extremely honest and said that fixing the drainage problem without the garbage disposal is dishonest and wouldn't solve any problems in the long run. We agreed and he charged a minimal incremental fee to replace the garbage disposal with the new one I had already purchased.

I was so pleased with his work that I also asked him to help me install a new faucet and fix a leak in the bathroom which he stayed an extra hour to do.

We are senior citizens so sometimes it takes us longer to understand what's going on and make decisions. Nick had patience and took the time to explain everything with us which I greatly appreciate! I wouldn't hesitate to call Nick from Proflo Plumbing again and refer him to others.

Bourgoing team did a great job! Came out and were very courteous. They were very fast and cleaned up nicely. They were also very careful at being covid safe, by wearing safety face mask. Back in November a plumbing company was sent out by our home warranty to come look at our broken garage disposal. Paid $75 for service call. They replaced it with a Kenmore. Less than six months later it broke. Called the home warranty, they said it'll cost me another $75. I tried to call the plumbing company directly but every time they answered it sounded like they were driving through a tunnel. Since there's no answering service, I left a message on their website. No response. So we contacted Gulfview Plumbing. Super fast in response. Sent out Fred. Very professional, explained what the problems are, how much it will cost. He even asked if we want to contact Kenmore for a replacement, no thank you, I want a real garbage disposal. Worth every penny. Product and service are guaranteed. Even got a coupon for future services. Highly recommended.
