We had an emergency. I tried moving the hose to a better spot. The spigot on the side of the house began spouting water both inside the wall and outside the exterior wall! And since this is our new home, the broken shut off valve hasn't been fixed yet. So, I began calling plumbers. The fifth call was to Slaughter Plumbing. In spite of it being very busy, they had someone here within 30 minutes and he managed to get the shut off valve at the street turned off and then fixed our leak. I'm so happy I cannot even explain. Thanks Jamie for a great job!

Very thankful for Romo's Plumbing. We had a water heater go out and Justin and his team took care of it the same day. I didn't have time to ask around, but they gave us the best price after researching the cost. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I had a kitchen sink clog that I’d throw everything at—gallons and gallons of drain gel, baking soda and vinegar, 25 foot snake (I think the clog was 22 ish feet deep), dish soap and boiling water, plunging it. Nothing worked. I chose this company because the reviews were great and it seemed like Charles was the only plumber which meant I knew who was going to come out. Charles was the person who answered my call, he said he had one house to service before mine and he’d come later that same day. He felt like he knew exactly what he was doing, and he fixed the clog on the first attempt. He explained what he did and how to prevent it in the future. Pricing felt fair and accurate. 10/10 recommend.

Had an issue with a kinked waterline and when Doug and Loui fixed it, the water was tricking out in my tub. It was late in the day and to late to do anymore work so I ran to get a new cartridge and they arrived the next day very early and fixed it in about an hour. It was clogged with sediment. Very happy with this company and I would let people know they were very fair with the price. Will use them again. Hopefully not to soon!

Amazing service . . . As usual.

I had a pipe in the wall of my bathroom start to leak and water was coming through the board at the bottom of my wall. I am not savvy at all when it comes to stuff but they told me how to shut off the water to the sink in a way even I could understand. They came out and fixed the pipe and I am thankful. If it were not for them I would have inches of water in my bathroom.

Nevon Hinds was excellent. Knew what needed to be done and very professional. I will request him again. His field supervisor, Scott Ingram, also showed up and equally professional. I already passed along a recommendation of them to a friend who will use them.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.
