I called Slaughter Plumbing last Sunday @ 10:30 A.M. with clogged kitchen sinks in our
Vacation Rental Beach House. The Plumber John called me W/I 15 minutes... He told me he had
2 Service calls before me but he would try to get out there as soon as he could. John had the clog taken care of and in his truck by 12:00 Noon... That was LESS THAN 2 Hours ! ! ! The guests were in total shock
On the Quickness of me taking care of issue and the Courtesy of the Plumber... Slaughter Plumbing
made me look like a Hero... I strongly recommend this company for any of your service needs.

I am totally satisfied with Premium Plumbing. They sent a plumber to give me an estimate on the same day that I called! An estimate was uprovided before the plumber left my house. I then ordered the parts required and recommended by the plumber. After receiving everything I called to find out when a plumber could come and I was told they would send Mark ( the plumber who provided the estimate) the next day.
Mark arrived exactly on time and changed three faucets and drains as well as a kitchen garbage disposal unit.
The new fixtures look great and Mark took away all the old stuff and the boxes and rest of the trash. And he cleaned up.
The final bill was exactly the same as the quote except for a leaking part that was not foreseen.

I had looked to Google for recommendations for pluming service. They are 1st people I called. They give you UP FRONT PRICING...and VERY QUICK SERVICE. I tried to call other places to give me a quote and they would not do it.

A man name Trent came by he showed me his card before coming in the house. He fixed my sink without a problem. I needed a new part,and he provided to me for free. EXCELLENT...EXCELLENT...EXCELLENT.... I would definitely use them again. And they are highly recommended.

These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.

Had 3 under counter shut off valves replaced by the Drain team. Parts were not on the truck so associate went to home Depot to buy them.

Total part cost was less than $30. Labor was over $180 each for 15 minutes of work. Will never use this company again. Bill was $539 for 35 minutes work.

I was referred to R & R plumbing from a friend and they have done alot of commercial work at my job Hurricane Eddie's in Gulfport. They go above and beyond and I highly recommend this family owned business as to they care in their line of work.
