Best Water Leak Detection in Saint Petersburg FL

They were quick simple and seamless. Very courteous and they even found me a plumber to fix the repair.

We called Leland because we used a leak detection company and they said that we had a hot water leak underneath the floor between the dishwasher and the cabinet.
Steve came out and pulled out the dishwasher and drilled a hole only to find no leak. Steve was amazing, he was able to find the leak, he was methodical and conscience of the fact that he would be as gentle on our home as possible. We were amazed how efficient and calm Steve was, he listened to us and waited patiently while we filled him in on some of the past work that was done on the house. This is why he found the leak, in spite of the fact that we called the leak guy back out when Steve was there, and the leak guy told Steve it was under the cabinets. I will tell my friends and family to use this service and I will call them again for all my plumbing needs! We all need our go to trusting plumber and this company is top notch. Oh and they are fair and their fees are more than reasonable. Thank you Leland and Steve!

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Our new A/C system installers, Lazaro and Lazaro, did a super job. They were able to complete the job in one day without a hitch and they were friendly and courteous. Cleaned up and restored everything without a trace. We highly recommend them and our complete experience with FAST of Florida.

Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. Had a bad stoppage in the toilet, called in, and they sent Jarrett over within a couple of hours. He went step by step from the least invasive/expensive method until the problem was fixed. He was fast and professional, which was great because I didn't want to miss more work than I had to. Definitely recommend!

Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job. Andy is so fast, friendly and a true professional. When I called with an emergency, he was there FAST , found and fixed the problem quickly for a very reasonable price. I wouldn't call anyone else!

On Friday June 30th I called at 4:45pm. voicemail said they are open until 5pm and he was either on another call or out but the call was important to him and he would return the call ASAP. I called 3 or 4 more times and never received a call back. Rather than waists people's time an answering service would be more appropriate.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone I know. I was lied to from day one! The plumber showed up to my house demanding a check for work that wasnt even started. I told him numerous times where the check was and first thing in the morning I get a text demanding money that was supposed to be there, which was, but the plumber couldn't find it. Then, work was slowly done for about 2 weeks, after I was told day after day he had an emergency and didnt show up, had another emergency and didnt show up, never finished. I was told I would get my money back b/c NOT even half the job was done that was agree upon. The money was taken and never sent back like the plumber promised in a text message. The text even showed the money on the plumbers coffee table in $100 bills. So, I got charged for work that what we originally agreed on, but in the end only half the job was completed. On top of that, I was told we didnt have parts to a shower system I had bought, The box was never even opened to look at what came with the new system. Worthless, completely dishonest, liars that I feel like they stole from me. Lesson learned. Never EVER pay anyone any money till the job is AT LEAST half done!! I will never pay anyone money upfront for work that has not been started nor completed. I would never trust this company if this is the type of plumbers they send to your home!! Terrell, who is discussed in the previous comments was the plumber at my home as well.
