Best Water Heater Installation Tankless Water Heaters in Saint Petersburg FL

After a terrible experience with another plumbing company, I was referred to Advanced Plumbing Commercial & Residential for a second opinion. Frank came out and explained, in layman's terms, what the problem was, what the resolution would be, how long it would take and the estimated cost. He was very professional, polite and diligent. My problem was fixed in less than 1 hour! I highly recommend their services. Kudos to Frank and Advanced Plumbing Commercial & Residential for a job well done!!

He came back the next day to fix it while i was in labor at the hospital and got the job done before i came home . We are Incredibly Satisfied with the service provided by the plumber and office. Overall, a disappointing service with this local plumber in St Pete. I should have known when my first experience was a missed appointment for an estimate which had to be rescheduled. Okay, no big deal. Things happen... but the experience didn’t get a whole lot better from there. The 2 stars is earned from completing a tankless water heater in my bathroom, we have hot water as requested there. But unfortunately, when asked to replace the tankless in the kitchen, because after replacing the one in the bathroom, now the separate tankless unit in the kitchen wasn’t working as it had before... we had less success. The plumber installed the second new unit in the kitchen, but we still couldn’t get hot water. It was explained that perhaps we have some crossed water lines, so I paid for both jobs already completed, and called for a new estimate to figure out why I still can’t get hot water in the kitchen.
On that 4th appt, we got no help or support and instead the plumber just defended the work completed and didn’t try any solutions to help. We barely got any kind of estimate to dive deeper into the problem. It then become apparent some basic mistakes were made throughout the initial services.
In closing, had i received a call back from the owner or manager as I requested after an unsatisfactory appointment, we could have discussed the work completed, but there seemed to be no concern from management about a disappointed customer.
If you need a plumber, I’d make another call before trying this company.

I stopped Paul in our complex to see if he would check out my garbage disposal. He was most courteous and willing to work in the job after the finished the one he was on. I had already called several plumbers and their quotes were outlandish. A paper clip had fallen down in the disposal and was caught which tripped the off mode. In less than 20 minutes the problem was corrected, explaining what he was doing. He's an honest guy and very pleasant. You can't go wrong.

On Friday 05-17-19 , I take my day off to take care my kitchen sink problem. At 11am I called to make an appoinment, the representative was pick up a phone call and set window time is 11-2pm.. I waiting until 2pm but no one call me. I called back, they said that they I coming right now. I waitng for one hour but no show -no call. I called again they said that they are on the way.. I have to cancel because can't anymore.
Please respect your customer time and calling immediatly to asking or update window time anytime if you missing information or you can't come.

Dalton and his team installed a Hydro Rail shower system for us today. Dalton is a very professional, organized and knowledgeable plumber. Tampa Bay Plumbing is excellent. I can't quite recall the gentleman's name that came out but he was very professional and did a great job. We had a unique circumstance where the water to the entire complex was turned off (not because of what was being done at our location) while he was making repairs. He kind of freaked out when he turned the water back and there wasn't any but once we determined it was not due to anything he did, he offered to come back later in the day to check his work once the water was back on. He came back in a timely manner, and again was very professional in his work. I would highly recommend Tampa Bay Plumbing!!!
