Best Water Filtration Installation in Saint Petersburg FL

We had to call Slaughter Plumbing the other night for a serious backup at our home. The person taking the call was very courteous and professional and the service tech Gary was also on time and very professional. He was able to clear the drain and get us back in shape in no time. He also was very diligent to make sure he cleaned up after his work and left the area in better shape than when he arrived.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Received an estimate for various plumbing repairs around the house. John took his time to look at every concern we had and we did not feel he rushed us. The estimate we received was $1000 less than a previous estimate, although we decided to wait on the unnecessary repairs. I will call and request John for repairs in the future.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

These plumbers are very professional and detail oriented. I needed a leak to be fixed. The leak detector company I called, unfortunately didn't locate the correct spot were the leak was. After Andy and his team had jackhammered a hole in my floor, they realized the leak wasn't there. He recommended to call a leak detector company he had used before and they detected the exact location of the leak in a very short time! Andy and his team then proceeded to fix the leak, jackhammering again the cement under the carpet floor. They had to take out a lot of dirt and work mostly in the water. I was impressed by how clean and professionally they worked. The place was spotless after they left, and the price was fair. Would highly recommend them!

I got 4 different estimates before I contacted these gentlemen to come out. They were the only company to sit down with me and tell me exactly what was wrong and exactly how they were going to fix it. The team I had : Dennis and Eric, were always professional, kind and patient with me and I honestly will never use anyone else. They made me feel comfortable and confident about the work that was and needed to be done. They explained every step of the way and showed me what they were doing. Plumbing by Paul did a complete renovation project for me in St Petersburg - spring 2022. My husband and I bought an old house in town in 2014 and it was finally time to give it an overhaul.

I booked the estimate with Missy in the office . Johan came out to look at our job and provide the estimate. He also was on site to complete all of the work.

We gutted our bathroom and moved the toilet and shower. We also added a half bath and gutted the kitchen too. Johan installed all of the new plumbing including two toilets, two vanities, a shower, kitchen sink, gas stove, ice maker for our refrigerator, dishwasher and helped in getting our hot water heater up to code. He also changed out the old water spigots we had outside.

All in all we had a great experience with Plumbing by Paul. I will certainly use them again and would not hesitate to refer them. Their pricing is also fair and reasonable and the office is organized!

During a time where many trades are overwhelmed, overpricing and overscheduling themselves it was a joy to work with Missy in the office and Johan in the field to get our project completed.
