They came FAST, diagnosed my HVAC problem and ordered the part right away and installed it 2 days later. Great service!

We had a plumbing issue where the roots seemed to be intruding into the main pipe and it caused the plumbing to back up. I called Charles and he came within a few hours and went right to work. He was honest, didn’t overcharge and was very responsive. I’ll be calling him again if we need a plumber.

Kevin and Tommy provided great customer service . An explanation of the service that would be provided as well as expense . The repair was done in a timely manor. Phone contact when they would be providing service was excellent.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

Awesome experience all around. Had a pipe burst under my shower Saturday morning. They recommended a leak detector, and after he pinpointed the leak, they came out. Did a walk through gave me some options and I opted for a repipe (old house with original pipes). Estimate was spot on, they did minimal damage to to walls. Nice guys and they even cancelled a commercial job they had lined up to make sure my job was done. I'd call them again, but they did such a good job I doubt I'll need too. Don't hesitate to call, especially in an emergency, they are honest, upfront and do solid work.

Our AC quit blowing cold air and after cleaning the drains and seeing ice on the coils we knew we had to call a professional. The normal AC company we usually work with could not get out to our home till Monday and with my wife having asthma we couldn’t wait that long. We called Performance AC and they were out within hours. Marvin was our technician and I can’t say enough nice things about him. He diagnosed the problem immediately and advised we had a leak in our coils. He reserved the part and by the next morning we had ice cold air. Marvin was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and we were so impressed we purchased their annual maintenance plan! I strongly recommend Performance Air, Heating & Plumbing for all your home needs. You may pay a little more but we felt you can’t put a price tag on piece of mind knowing the job was done right!

Chris and Thomas were very professional. Not one cent over price quoted. This team all around was amazing! We had a major leak, withn a hour the leak detector was out, Chris. He figured out where the leak was coming from and Thomas came and took care of everything. Problem fixed. Great job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend The Drain Team to anyone who has a leak or plumbing issue.

A great experience! McGill replaced our laundry tub and water heater with a hybrid one. Everyone was friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. From Nikki and Tonya on the phone to Johnathan in the showroom who talked me through all the water heater options. He was a fountain of information. Tom did the installation. Because of the location of the old heater and the existing plumbing, it was a difficult install. Friendly and worked hard. He did a masterful job, especially the complicated copper line work. It looks good, works perfect, and a good value. It will save us money in the long run (or maybe sooner). I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend them.

Well, the team was very responsive when I made the initial call, but scheduling after that became very hard, nearly impossible. The technician that came to my house was very courteous and my first appointment bounced between two plumbers until they found someone who could come on the day I was home. Trying back a second time to get anyone scheduled to come out to my home and follow up on an estimate became impossible, I feel like the team tried but my initial appointment could not be honored and then several attempts after that could also not be honored. I would have to say this was unfortunate as they seem to provide a fair estimate for the work I needed done, I just could not get them back to my home.

Fabulous job. We had 5 plumbers out in an attempt to fix an issue with our tub leaking through our 2nd story ceiling. Believe was the ONLY one who was able to repair the issue! Junior had a fabulous personality as well. We appreciate your help
