Best Toilet Maintenance in Saint Petersburg FL

I had an emergency with my water heater, one of the hoses sprang a leak at around 9:00 PM 12/27/16. The turn off valve was stripped and not working, and I could not find the main shut off outside. I called Slaughter and the technician promised to come out within an hour. He arrived sooner than expected and immediately begin to work on the problem. He was polite, friendly and efficient. He removed the old flexible hoses and used copper to replace them. I would definitely recommend Slaughter, and the cost was reasonable too, considering the late hour.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I didn’t get his name but he was awesome, informative, thorough and very pleasant.

This was the second time in a week my a/c went out, unit purchased from Performance 4 yrs ago. Christian was very thorough today and found the problem. Hopefully the a/c will be fixed soon. He added Freon to cool the house down until the a/c is fixed. Performance needs more techs like Christian on their staff.

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job. These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.
