John was great to work with! He took his time to talk through my issue with my pool skimmer line. I explained that my pool service guys did all that they could do with no success. Although this was not his specialty, he was up for the challenge. Within 30 mins of troubleshooting and MacGyvering, my clogged skimmer line was resolved!!! In addition, he was a third of the price of his competitors.

Nathan from Slaughter was professional and very polite he did the repairs and cleaned up after he was finished. I have been using Slaughter for over 25 years and I have never been disappointed.

Our condo had two toilets where the tank seals both failed causing the toilets to run constantly forcing me to turn the water off to the toilets. Called Romo Plumbing Saturday night expecting to leave a message. However, a person answered the phone. I explained my issue hoping someone would be able to come out Sunday. The plumber asked me to send pictures of the internal parts of the tank and he would call in the morning to see about scheduling me for Sunday. He called me back right after he got the pictures. He had a possible diagnosis and coached me on how to fix the problem. Which it did. Avoided a service call to me and lost revenue for Romo Plumbing. Honorable. They are now on my call list should a real service call me ever needed.

Charles did a great job on repairing my toilet and saved me a lot of money by correctly diagnosing the problem. He's on time, polite and very efficient. Highly recommend him!

My 2011 water heater failed yesterday (1/26) at noon. An emergency call to Cornerstone Plumbing was answered and I had a new (better) tankless water heater installed by 6 PM.

I called Premium Plumbing because I heard some dripping in the walls when my faucet was running. I was expecting to spend a good amount of money to get that resolved. They sent Corey, who was very professional, as well as extremely knowledgeable, who explained that it was something I did not have to worry about. Huge relief! If they were in it for the money, they could have told me a million things that needed to be done, and I probably would have just sucked it up and forked out however much it would have cost. Just from this experience alone, I know that Premium Plumbing is a company anyone can trust and I will be contacting them if I have any issues with plumbing in the future.
