Best Tankless Water Heaters in Saint Petersburg FL

For over 7 years, I have been battling the same plumbing issues. I have had at least 6 other companies out to survey my land and 2 city supervisor crews also.... None of whom could find my Clean out valve to help eleviate my problem. I came across Advanced plumbing by referral from a client. The owner Margaret was very nice and her office staff was efficient and made sure to get my problem handled as soon as possible.

When the plumber came out, I explained the issue I had been having & he Immediately suggested that I allow him to create a cleanout valve for me! He was Fast, professional and courteous! The pricing was very reasonable considering I have to pay over $200+ every 6 months to have my line snaked from the roof Only.

I WILL BE REFERRING THEM FROM NOW ON TO FRIENDS & FAMILY!

Very happy with my install of new ceiling fans and light fixtures There was a little mix up in address and directions But once they got here the install was fast and efficient I was able to it to get to my next appointment that day The bonus to it was there was a ceiling fan install deal for July I a wasn't aware of which made it all the better Thank you! Would recommend

Absolutely wonderful experience. Romo himself came out to the house and fixed my disposal. He even taught me a few things about how to keep it clean. I will definitely be using them in the future and for any recommendations!

I am usually a bit apprehensive when hiring a service tech as I am usually home by myself when they come. Charles is a very professional plumber. He gave me the price up front, laid down drop cloths, wore shoe booties to protect my floor, and cleaned up after the job.

We hired Plumb Crazy Plumbers for a very big master bath job basically starting from scratch, which included rerouting a toilet line, installing a sink, new lines and plumbing for a freestanding tub, and running new drains and lines for a washer/dryer combo. They were priced right, showed up and were friendly. Would recommend!

I was highly impressed with the entire staff. Starting with Donya in the office scheduling the appointment and getting all the proper information. To the gentleman who came out to assess the damage were very nice and well educated in the field. Very professional and the owner gave us opinions when we were feeling hopeless. Great company & staff I feel blessed to know the job is in good hands and affordable.

My 2011 water heater failed yesterday (1/26) at noon. An emergency call to Cornerstone Plumbing was answered and I had a new (better) tankless water heater installed by 6 PM.

Found this company on Angie's List which is TOP RATED. I called the Better Business Bureau who also lists EVERYDAY as TOP RATED. Mark from Everyday immediately called me to schedule an appointment early the next day. Patrick, their plumbing representative arrived early which was appreciated. Patrick was as professional as they come. Everyday has my business for life.

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

We initially used Holder Plumbing when we renovated our first house. They installed all new plumbing throughout the house and helped us pick out gorgeous plumbing fixtures. Everything was done on time, professionally, and looked great!!!!!

When were selling our second house we had a surprise plumbing issue come up during the home inspection. We called Holder Plumbing and they came out within 15 minutes!!!! Really easy to deal with, quick delivery and great service

Had a clogged toilet, called Clog Kings and Buck and Brishaun came. Showed up in a short period of time and did a great job! Got my toilet unclogged and got us going again. Great guys! Highly recommend!

Best Plumbing company in the Tampa Bay Area. I hired them for what appeared to be a difficult faucet installation in a wet bar and I am gald I did. The previous plumbers never hooked up the faucet and the p trap and I was told they were incompatible. Daniel from Tampa Bay Plumbing came over and had it hooked up and fully operational in under an hour. I would recommened them to anyone looking for plumbing services.
