My A/C stopped working on a Sunday. Technician came out within a couple hours of my call. Very efficient. Nice guy. Showed me pictures of everything he did. Explained everything clearly. I had a simple kitchen drain clog. I paid over $360 for this company to do nothing but run a snake through my kitchen pipe ( which I had already removed for them) the clog was back in about 1 week later. They came out a second time and ran the same snake through the same pipe(never going on the roof to run the snake) and 1 week later the clog became worst because what they did was cause a blockage with my washer which runs on the same drain. They never fixed my problem and I had to call another company who came out and fixed my problem from the roof. Everyday wanted me to pay an additional $250 to run a camera through my pipes But that would do nothing for the clog. I feel robbed and will not recommend this company to anyone.

I was referred to R & R plumbing from a friend and they have done alot of commercial work at my job Hurricane Eddie's in Gulfport. They go above and beyond and I highly recommend this family owned business as to they care in their line of work.

I have never ever had such a rude salesperson. I am In my late 60’s. I went there to purchase a few shower drain parts. The sales person told me that I was no plumber and that he would not help me resolve my minor problem. He told me that they are plumbers and they do that kind of work. Their website and advertising state that they sell plumbing supplies, I think they sell service and give away free rudeness. I went to Lowe’s and there I found sales people that were knowledgeable and polite. Three years ago I remodeled our kitchen purchasing high end products from McGills you can bet that I will never darken their doors again.

Dalton and his team installed a Hydro Rail shower system for us today. Dalton is a very professional, organized and knowledgeable plumber. He completed the job on time and we were charged exactly what he originally quoted. We will call Holder Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.
