He solved all my issues & I learned something very new about my oven After years of not understanding why it didn't have a stable temp. He explained the hidden element construction on this one. Had an issue with a water heater and Charles was able to diagnose the issue and replace it same day. He was very helpful in explaining the problem and was upfront about pricing. He was also able to walk me through other issues throughout the home. I recommend Charles and plan on having him come out for more work in the near future!

My husband was out of town and I had a plumbing emergency. Honestly have never had to call a plumber before bc my husband can fix anything/everything. I found a recommendation for this company on the I Love St. Pete Facebook group. It was a Saturday, and I was sure they wouldn't come out but they did! Tyler was the technician and he was excellent. Fixed my issue in less than an hour and explained everything to me. My compliments on the emailed invoice, which included pictures and lots of detail. Highly recommend this excellent local company.

Highly unprofessional...plumbers did not show up during appointment time scheduled 5 days ago because of a bigger job they said... So sorry about your appointment, we have better things to do... Juanita was extremely rude... Will not use this team again.

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

Had a water backup emergency. In a short amount of time, Ryan diagnosed the issue, went looking for (and found) the buried sewer clean out, worked quickly and efficiently routing that and replacing a busted toilet bowl seal, and was on his way. He explained everything he was doing along the way. Asked for his card because I'll be using him for any future plumbing issues.

I called Holder Plumbing on a Friday afternoon because both of our toilets weren't flushing. Dalton promptly returned my phone call and said he would send his guys over. James and Mick arrived quickly and were very efficient in clearing our sewer line. They talked with us about how to avoid problems in the future with the cast iron pipes. I will definitely be using them again. Thanks for the great service.
