Best Tankless Water Heater in Saint Petersburg FL

I had looked to Google for recommendations for pluming service. They are 1st people I called. They give you UP FRONT PRICING...and VERY QUICK SERVICE. I tried to call other places to give me a quote and they would not do it.

A man name Trent came by he showed me his card before coming in the house. He fixed my sink without a problem. I needed a new part,and he provided to me for free. EXCELLENT...EXCELLENT...EXCELLENT.... I would definitely use them again. And they are highly recommended.

Called at 3:00PM in the afternoon and the technician was at my home within an hour. Harvey was professional and identified the problem quickly.

This company is fantastic. I’ve never met a plumber who takes such care and ownership of the work they do. The owner Charles helped us out himself with a major backup in our plumbing lines. Our only bathroom (other one under renovation at the moment, NOT a great time for your second bathroom to go out!) was totally inoperable which is not ideal for a household with several young children and Charles came out on a weekend and and worked relentlessly until he got us up and going again. Other plumbers took a quick look and quoted us immediately with the most expensive repair solution, but not this company. Charles has a great can do attitude and he does not give up until he gets it done. I am so appreciative of his professional service and his willingness to go the extra mile. He saved us big time on this one and I’ll be happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a quality plumber!

I called for a leak between the main and the house. Andrew was out within 45 minutes. Promptly found and repaired the leak for what I would consider a bargain price.

The configuration of our kitchen sink is not ideal. The trap underneath needed to be re-piped. They gave me varying options to solve the issues and were up front about the costs. I called these guys at 2:41pm to get a service call to my house and they called back at 2:56pm that they were on the way. That's fantastic! My drain from the washing machine was over flowing out and the sink in kitchen was backing up. Needed a snake and pipe repair. First company I had out quoted us $1300.00 for snake and pipe replacement (PVC pipe) plus $79 service call. Jason my service tech showed up so fast and went right to work. He went above and beyond service to make sure we were satisfied with his work and everything was done properly. I will definitely use The Drain Team again and highly recommend them!! And it was significantly less!!!!!!
