There is everything wrong with this company. I needed them to go out to a commercial job site and they had my number in their system wrong so they could not call me to verify what was needing to be looked at to get an estimate even though I told Heather exactly what I needed done that day. I called the next day and asked them what happened and to go back out to the location to give me an estimate. Heather then claimed I was sending them on a “wild goose chase” when they are the ones who messed up this call for an estimate. I was then told I would need to put a credit card on file for the estimate now which I was told was free. This is for a large commercial grocery store and needed to be taken care of immediately. I have a lot of plumbing needs and Mr. Rooter will not be the company I will be using for my commercial properties. I have found a real plumbing company that will take care of my commercial properties.

I had Clog Kings come out to my house to video a sewer line. Their rep was there, on time, took care of everything, and explained the repair strategy and process, thoroughly. I definitely recommend them and will continue to use them.

I have used Allen's Plumbing 4 times in the past 10 years, and they are without a doubt awesome at what they do!! I have used them to replace my garbage disposal twice, fix my broken flange for the toilet, and most recently, to replace my water heater. They gave me great service, were on time, and gave me honest pricing, which is rare to find. No flat rate, they only charged me for the time it took to do the work (and parts of course) and they are quick and efficient!! If you ever need plumbing service, I would recommend them for sure!!
