We had an emergency. I tried moving the hose to a better spot. The spigot on the side of the house began spouting water both inside the wall and outside the exterior wall! And since this is our new home, the broken shut off valve hasn't been fixed yet. So, I began calling plumbers. The fifth call was to Slaughter Plumbing. In spite of it being very busy, they had someone here within 30 minutes and he managed to get the shut off valve at the street turned off and then fixed our leak. I'm so happy I cannot even explain. Thanks Jamie for a great job!

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I have been a customer of FAST since 1989. Roberto is outstanding and I will always request him when I need AC work done.

Shawn was polite, professional, and thorough. He gave suggestions for saving costs, maintaining system and even gave us restaurant recommendations in St Pete area! Will ask for him again.

Called Romo’s late morning to see if they could assist. I was referred by a friend who also uses this company. Jason was able to get a plumber out the same day in mid afternoon to replace my hot water tank. They were professional and left area clean. Would definitely recommend them in the future. 8/1/2023. Well who knew ants could come up thru your toilet. Well they can if the toilet seat has any movement. I called Everyday Plumber, discussed my problem and scheduled for someone to come out

Today Cole came to inspect to determine next steps.

Unfortunately due to a variety of life issues going on; I was short tempered and a bit rude to Cole while be was explaining steps and setting expectations. Cole did nothing to deserve my attitude and tone. Cole continued to be calm and professional. I must definitely apologized for being rude to him etc

Bottom line; problem fixed. Thank you Cole and Everyday Plumbing. You will always be my plumber of choice.

I had water in my garage; reached out to Everyday. Ryan came out and quickly identified sources Talked through options (repair or repair pipe while house). Based upon age of home and type of piping; I opted for the re piping. Ryan was great in walking me thru the process etc. He capped off area causing leak; job was scheduled to start two days later

Allen and Tyler arrived on time; walked thru job and got started. I’m not thrilled with holes in wall that were required to run new piping; but these guys were empathetic and tried to minimize subsequent repair work The job took about 9 days. They were professional, sympathetic to my circumstances and even took time to be friendly to our pup Diesel.

Called midway services to fix my tankless water heater. They wanted $1286 to change out the computer board. I order the part for $249 and did it myself in 20 minutes and I’m not a handyman. Very very expensive.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

Received an estimate for various plumbing repairs around the house. John took his time to look at every concern we had and we did not feel he rushed us. The estimate we received was $1000 less than a previous estimate, although we decided to wait on the unnecessary repairs. I will call and request John for repairs in the future.
