The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Chris came to our home to quote for an additional outside waters picket. He came on time and provided us with valuable advice at no charge! He definitely will be requested the next time we need a plumber. Five stars for Chris and Fast Plumbing.

Love Performance Air! Our tech Robert was incredible! We had a very unique issue that caused multiple problems with our unit and fried our thermostat. Robert came same day, he was easy to talk to and could effectively troubleshoot, and did not leave until the problem was resolved.
