I had a heating problem over the weekend and called Performance Air. Marvin R. was at my home in 2 hours and identified the problem. He was friendly, thorough and explained what needed to be done in layman's terms. On Monday, the part was ordered, and Marvin installed it on Tuesday. I was very pleased with Marvin and Performance Air and highly recommend both.

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

Michael is the best plummer I've dealt with in the 15 years I've been in St Pete. He's honest, very dependable and knows what he is doing. In an area full of con men and rip off artists, Michael is a breath of fresh air. His work is on point and fair priced. I will continue to use and recommend him for all plumming matters. (now if I could only find an electrician as good) ⭐⭐⭐⭐ and 👍👍.

Tony was excellent. He had to do a good bit of troubleshooting to determine the cause of an electrical switch and breaker issue.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.

Have had good experience with this company. When one of their workmen installed something wrong we were sent Marvin to repair mistake and he has worked on our unit since then. He is very knowledgeable and we wouldn’t have anyone else.
