But Terrell can an evaluated the situation and gave me his honest opinion regarding the problem. He informed me that all of the pipes did not have to be removed to fix the problem. These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.

Aaron did a fantastic job on my annual plumbing check up. He was very courteous and professional and didn’t get mad at all with my dogs barking constantly in the background. He was awesome!
