Best Sewer Line Replacement in Saint Petersburg FL

The gentleman that came to the house I wish I remembered his name was professional and new his job very well. He came in checked the issue and figured out the problem fixed it I thought it was more of a problem than it was saved me money and and was gone. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber. I want to say, thank you, Slaughter Plumbing.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Jarrett Mathis was at our residence for almost 12 hours, and (without a break) diagnosed and repaired kitchen drains, including bringing drain lines up to code. His work was excellent, and he conscientiously (and successfully) tested the installation before leaving.

Midway installed a HALO water Conditioning System and a Navien Tankless Water Heater. Tony did a awesome job and his two apprentance's also did a great job. They kept me informed during the two day process and did a professional install. I would highly reccomend them.

Both times I’ve hired Premium Plumbing I was more than satisfied. Megan is very pleasant, replies very quickly by text even on the weekend, and is quick to set up an appointment within a 2 hour window. I was not stuck waiting around all day long wondering when the plumber will arrive. On the day of the appointment they send you a text with a link to a map where you can see how far away the plumber is and exactly when they will get there. Louis arrived within the expected window both times. He is friendly, kind, honest, professional, wore a mask, and got the job done without trying to overcharge.

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.
