BUYER BEWARE: I had used them once about a couple of years ago, and from what I recall there were no issues. I called them again just recently about a leak. They gave me a fixed time (not a range), but showed up 2 hours later, and that after I called them. After about 5 minutes, he told me it would cost $415 to fix. I thanked and told him I would think about it and call them back (and paid him the $79 for the service call). He was not at all happy and became rude, pushy and sarcastic, saying things like if I did not fix right away it would cost me a lot more, etc. I was getting quite uncomfortable, and just wanted him to leave, which is what I ended up asking him to do.

I had the leak fixed by another plumbing company that weekend for $105!

These guys are like the service provider nightmare that you are afraid of. They feel you have no alternative, and try to just get as much as they can from you.

I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. Very pleased w Austin . He was professional knowledgeable and knew exactly the problem when he walked in and went right to work to fix it. It was a huge job. I want to thank him for checking everything and left nothing unturned. Happy I choose this company and will choose Austin again

Jarrett is the most professional and competent plumber we have encountered since moving to Florida 2 years ago and we have interacted with more than 5. He was on time and was able to determine what needed to be done to install our whole house water softener and filter and repair a toilet. He executed the installation per the plan and everything is working great. Jarret was a pleasure to work with and we will call him first the next time we need plumbing work done.

This was the 3rd or 4th time I have used The Drain Team. Today Seth came out to install a water softner. He was very professional, communicated to me throughout the day, installed everything very professionally and left the place clean and orderly when he was done. I just want to say that this company is honest and very kind. The plumber that came out was ultimately not able to resolve our issue but it was not his fault. We just bought this house and didn't know we were on a septic. So we need septic company to come. But they waived the fee for their services, even after i offered to pay a portion for their efforts. I will be calling them again for any other issues. Really means SO MUCH considering we have a bigger issue that is our of their realm!

Service was preformed on time and as expected. I appreciated that they discussed possible options with me in a clear and understandable way. Although there were older pipes involved, they managed to repair/replace without added charge. They worked with my condo association making it easy for me to get the service set up. The employees were courteous and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company and would hire them again in the future.
